Perfect location, felt very safe and comfortable in the apartment block. Quiet at night but not a far walk to the night life and busy streets. Reception staff were so lovely, helpful and accommodating.

You simply cannot get a better location, this was our 3rd visit to Nerja and absolutely the best location for wandering up into the town - it literally takes 5 minutes. We had a baby with us so location was particularly important and the host took this into account when giving us a ground floor apartment. The staff / hosts for the apartment were excellent, very quick at responding to queries using booking.com messaging service - really impressive and attentive. Use of the pool was great, be aware that it is not open all day, there are opening hours (1000-1500 and 1700-2000 when we stayed) Sea views were great with a spacious terrace which had sun until mid afternoon. There are various late checkout options, which we decided not to use in the end but their availability was a bonus. The staff do not intrude on your holiday, you are left in privacy unless you need help. In the 1 week we stayed we had fresh sheets and towels delivered once (though if you wanted more regular you can ask) - this was ok for us.

We had to pay 20 Euros to hire 2 sunbeds for a week - it would be better if these were included in the apartment rental cost. Although 20 euros is a decent price :) - you also cannot leave these by the pool, which meant we had to carry them in and out everyday when the pool closed. Understandable given the pool is a communal use pool but still a bit frustrating with a baby.

The apartment was lovely and clean, it had everything we needed. The staff at reception were amazing and really accomodating, anything we needed or any questions we has were answered really fast! We had a really late flight and they let us keep one of the apartments for the day which made a huge difference for us. Location is ideal and there are some great restaurants and shops close by and only a 5min walk to centre of Nerja! The beach is about 300m away.

The pool was ready clean and nice, however the residents were not very friendly and would often complain about the children playing in the pool which was upsetting as they weren't behaving badly! One lady would stair from her porch and make comments at us! We ended up using the pool a lot less because of it. Not sure how these residents cope during the summer months when there are a lot of people using the pool 🤷

No complaints whatsoever- loved it!

Great location, close to the beach, town, restaurants and amenities. Good size flat for 2 people and generous covered terrace with direct sea view. Kitchen well equipped. Well kept gardens and secure entrance to complex.

Main problem was poor insulation so if you're staying out of season it can be cold with wind whistling through terrace doors. Mattrasses need replacing as too soft in the middle. Thought it would be fairly up to date but in fact these are older apartments with some new furnishings.

no tv at all even though it advertised there was and you had to pay for any channels for the cost of the apartment for 6 nites I would have expected a smart tv the apartment was very dated and old balcony was very small

Lack of basics, no hand soap in the bathroom, only one very small shower gel and not enough spare toilet paper

My room had SILVER FISH and was AWAKE all night with the NOISE from othere apartments I checked OUT AFTER 24 HOURS AND booked into another accomadation which was excellent !! I asked for a refund and the girl at reception expalined that bookings.com would have to refund me !! I EXPECT A FULL REFUND FROM BOOKINGS.COM as I HAD PAID FOR 9 NIGHTS IN FULL

Lovely sea views. Very pleasant complex. Nerja is a great base at this time of year, though unfortunately because of covid we didn’t travel as far as we’d hoped. Well equipped kitchen. Grateful for efficient heating on cool December evenings. Staff on reception were extremely helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble.

Second bedroom is very dark with a window facing onto corridor. Balcony was lovely but only got the sun until midday - would recommend asking for full sea facing apartment rather than side view.

the location was excellant. there was all lovely balcony and sea view. the accommodation was really clean and had lots of room.

Photos and info made it difficult to know when the balcony would have sun - it was glorious only up to about midday.

the fabulous, fabulous view of the sea (2nd floor, bloc O) calm very nice flat with everything you could ever need lovely part of the town, great spot for a romantic getaway beach literally 2 min from the flat balcony overlooking the sea, simply gorgeous a very nice, helpful lady at the reception we will be back!

Very basic. Kitchen units old and tired. Uninviting. Outdoor seating tatty.
