El Hotel se encuentra en el Reparto San Juan, zona residencial muy segura cerca del Metrocentro y la estación de buses de UCA. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. La cama es realmente confortable. Marisel prepara un desayuno muy rico y bien típico de Nicaragua y te atiende con mucha amabilidad. Al igual que Don Francisco que me acompañó a las 5 AM hasta que tome mi taxi. Me hicieron sentir como en casa. Gracias por hacer mi estadía en Managua tan acogedora y divertida!

Hot shower + breakfast that was made earlier than normally because we had to catch a morning bus. The staff helped us to flag down a taxi in the morning.

The first room we've got had a big hole in door. After our complaint we've got other, which was clearly not suitable to stay in. Very strong smell of mold + 'window' looking out to the internal corridor, but without any curtains. Everyone outside could see everything inside! The wardrobe was just a joke, it looked rotten. We had a headache after sleeping there for just a few hours. Noone speaks even simple English.

The owner's mother who runs the hotel was absolutely amazing: Kind, professional and ALWAYS willing to lend a hand. My stay in Managua, Nicaragua wouldn't have been the same without Santa Martha Hotel and their hospitality - THANK YOU!

Everything was perfect!

We arrive very late in the evening. We were recive with sincere smiles and the registration went super smoothly. The owner took us to a vegetarian restaurant (Prob the only one still open at the time) that was a good 10min in car from the hotel so we could eat before going to sleep. It was like a dream!

Nothing. Oh well... There was no hot water in the bathroom but this really is to be expected in Managua.

I like the staff, especially Roger Gomez. He went above and beyond to fulfill all of our needs and facilitated everything we needed. He made us breakfast and took care of us at the hotel. He's really did it all. I also loved Connie (the owner)she was so sweet and we really enjoyed her company. It's great value for your money. Look forward to going there again!
