A lot of stairs

The location was 10/10 - So handy for the beach and the town. Also so many great places in the square below if you don't feel like going far. The flat was clean and big enough for the 3 of us.

Would be great if there was a lift, but that's obviously out of their control. It was tough walking up all the stairs in the heat.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is located in the heart of the city of Malaga: all the sites and the city center are at walking distance. It is located at Plaza de la Merced, overhead a strip of restaurants and (by the way) in the birth building of Pablo Picasso! The apartments with square view have a small balcony you can position your chair on and enjoy the view of the square, the city and the people. Lovely to just sit and have a drink / read a book (or whatever it is you like :-) . The host is great: our airconditioning system showed failures which were solved in a very proper way! Compliments to Pablo for taking it more than seriously! We were located in a freshly refurbished apartment with views of the square and the cathedral. Stunning. Apartment is not very big, but spacious enough. Beds are great, airco top notch. Decent kitchen and bathroom. Will come back for a city trip to Malaga.

There are a few things to consider: the building does not have an elevator, so if you have trouble walking stairs (with luggage), this will be a struggle. If you are fit and fine: no worries. Also, the area is quite noisy. This is to be expected if you are located in the heart of such a big and vibrant city, but be aware of nightly and early morning noise. Lastly, the host rents out multiple apartments. Some are on the front side of the building with views of the square and some are at the back with hardly a view (but also hardly any streetnoise). Some apartments are freshly refurbished, others need work and are up for refurbishments. Make sure to check with the host which one to rent before booking.

Excellent location, incredible location, beautiful apartment. Superb value for money. Malaga is a great city, will definitely revisit and will definitely rebook the same accommodation.

The apartment was very clean, bright, and spacious. The location was also extremely convenient for getting anywhere in Malaga Centro.

Comfortable beds, has everything you need in a good location.

Dark living room. Not a lot of natural light.

Great location. East to gain access. No waiting about. Easy to get to from the airport by taxi. Lots of amenities close by.

Flat didn't have a balcony but the square has lots of places to sit.

Unfortunately there was no outlook and the living area has no natural light. The stairs are not for the unfit if you’re above 2nd floor but location and the flat itself is fabulous.

Visiting Malaga, I think that the location is great. The owner was friendly and the apartment was clean.

I liked the location and setting ( being with the family in the same apartment).

I found the couch covers and cushions dirty. I had to clean them before we could use them. Also there was a musty smell in the entrance of the apartment.

No lift, 60 steps up stairs. Poor cooking facilities, cheap bed linen and quilt ,couch uncomfortable for sitting. Not enough hot water for two showers

it has a great location and wonderful views from the fourth floor

the 88 stairs, 3 times a day was a bit tiring for me aged 81 but I knew what to expect
