The location was great

The cleaning in the building wasn't good. Hairs, dust. Inside the Palazzo there were some rooms. In the center there were some coloured cushions, some of them full of hairs (I assume dogs or cats hairs). I used one to sleep because the pillow was small and after few days I got stings everywhere. Me and my partner got the same. It's so sad to have this experience. But we had fun in Bari!

Not enough hot water to shower. No toilet paper. Sheets provided but were not put on the beds - we had to make up the beds ourselves. Beds were hard. This place is priced as a fine B&B but felt like a cheap youth hostel.

You really must put a air conditioner. with 45°C outside a simpe fan cannot make the room cool enought.

The place has this artsy atmosphere that surrounds you, and the building is amazing to get the sense of Bari architecture.

This place is nice if you would like to be in the Old Town. Don't expect a lot of furniture in your room, but it's very big, nice view from the balcony, quite warm despite of the cooler weather. I loved the bed, I had a wonderful sleep there. Water was warm. There's no breakfast available, but some minutes walk there are Cafes. The wifi is fast. The entry procedure via WhatsApp instruction is great and easy.

Literally nothing to dislike.

The hostel is very central in the middle of Bari. It was very cozy and clean. There was a nice kitchen to cook. The owner is not there , so if you have questions you need to ask by WhatsApp.

My absolute highlight was the rooftop terrace! It has a good view over the city, there are some tables where you can have your morning coffee and a lot of lovely plants made it even more charming. There are also a lot of common areas - a kitchen and two other big open spaces for hanging out. The kitchen is fully equiped and every room has a separate shelf in the fridge. The hosts were also very friendly and the check in was very uncomplicated.

There were no toiletries in the bathroom besides handsoap, so be sure to bring some shampoo and body soap with you. Also, the bathroom and toilet were not separate, and since we shared it with another room, the wait for the toilet was sometimes very long if the other guests were taking a shower. Another downside is - the hotel is near a church, which rings the bell hourly and starts at 6 a.m. and people start talking really loud on the streets very early, so it can be tricky if you're not a deep sleeper.

Big room with own terrace. Well equipped kitchen and large common room. Since there is no air conditioning they provided a fan.

The place is well located and in a little cute street which is really nice! The room was spacious and there were some wardrobes to store your stuff.

There was a machine that was disfunctionning and no AC while during summer we didn't manage to sleep due to the high temperatures :(

It was amazing, location is great, our room was big and really comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom too. Tarace on rooftop was the best. Highly recommended!

It was very close to historical center, we loved the location!!

It was quite hot at the rooftop, but we had a fan. Other people accommodated didn’t tidy up after themselves but that can’t be blamed on the owners.

Perfect location in the middle of the historic city center. The self-check in was unproblematic and staff was always available via whatsapp. They rooms are located at the very top of the building, so you have to do some stairs to get there. In general is a good price for what you get.

3rd floor and water in bathroom

Great location, amazing rooftop, unique building. Apartment’s very spacious and has all required facilities like hair dryer, iron etc. Thanks for staff who were very responsive and handled everything perfectly supplying all info before travelling including great travel/restaurant/transport tips!

Just a small detail - leaking bath glass, flooding the bathroom floors - which can be bit unpleasant as we shared bathroom with another room.
