Great location. The host is really great. He prepares a fresh breakfast each morning. If we come back to Salerno, we will stay here again.

Host very friendly & helpful. B&B one block to the beach, fashion promenade & less than 20 min walk to train station. Extremely convenient location & unit very clean.

Very nice room, with full secure access to the building. A nice breakfast provided. Close to many transport options, and to the picturesque Esplanade.

Very small mini bar fridge. TV channels are complicated, with lots of blank screens.

greeted by a non-English speaker who had a very difficult time communicating. The manager/owner was not communicative at all. Not friendly and certainly not helpful even though he could speak English. The room had 2 windows that opened but 95% of the light was blocked by stationary wooden slats that made you feel locked in and in a cell. Despite these drawbacks, Salerno is a beautiful city as well as a perfect base to visit other Amalfi Coast locations such as Positano and Amalfi.

Street noise (common for most places in the central area). Could be improved by better window seals. Didn't bother us much tho.

This is the first time I have used an accommodation of this type and I am extremely satisfied, I usually rent an apartment or a hotel. The property is in close proximity to the train station, the main shopping street, the pedestrian garden by the sea and the port, where ferries leave for the Amalfi Coast. Clean and well-maintained rooms, easy check-in and check-out, possibility to leave your luggage before or after the check-in/check-out time. The breakfast is very tasty, I especially liked the lemon cake. Thanks to the host for a pleasant stay.

This B&B is in a very central location and is reasonably priced. It was great to have a terrace.

The facilities were excellent. The location was great. The room was really large and comfortable and the bathroom was exceptional - we had upgraded to the jacuzzi suite. The breakfast was lovely. All was fab.

Great location, close to train/bus station. Very friendly host. More than just an italian breakfast. Beautiful and quiet room (Minori). We were able to take the room earlier and store the luggage after we left. We will come back for sure!

The host met us and let us into our room exactly as we anticipated. He is a very nice man who explained the hours of breakfast and check out. Breakfast was delicious and had everything you could need or want. The rooms were spacious, clean and the A/C worked great. The beds are a bit firmer than I prefer but that is the way it is all over Italy, to be expected. The most important thing is that it was clean and comfortable and the host was very friendly.

Check out was at 10am and we had to kill time until 1pm before our train came, the host offered to hold our bags but we didn't feel comfortable leaving them in a shared living area of the Air Bnb so we didn't risk it. We ended up at a nearby coffee shop for 3 hours which turned out to be great, the A/C and Wifi were awesome and so was the coffee! So it worked out.

I would agree with the other reviews. The host is super nice, the facilities are good and it is nice and clean. The location is very good close to the ferries and train station, restaurants etc. Salerno is a nice city with little tourists. Travelling to Amalfi by boat is great and taking the train to Pompeii, Rome, Naples or other big cities it easy, cheap and efficient. I highly recommend Salerno and this B&B which is more like a small hotel. We stayed as a couple with our 6 year boy.

Nothing really, Salerno and the B&B was just a great choice for our 5 nights.
