La chambre est vraiment très propre, bien équipées et l'accueil est chaleureux. La salle pour prendre des repars est très appréciable.

La communication par message booking est peu reactive, mais un coup de téléphone est tout est plus fluide.

Great location. Very clean and well organized. There was a kettle and a mini fridge in our room which we found very useful. The staff advised us on some hikes when we arrived which was nice :)

The wifi didn’t work in our room. There is a construction site beside the property which obstructed part of our view and was noisy. I don’t believe it obstructs views from all the rooms in the property however. The shower was amazing, however was a bit temperamental and sometimes there would be no hot water.

Great place in a terrific location. Comfy room. The shared kitchen was well equipped. Everything is very clean and tidy.

The wifi connection in the room was very poor.

We had the room with the hamam. The steam bath was really pleasant, especially as the weather can be rainy this time of year. Our host was charming and spoke English. He also produces good rum we were able to taste. The terrace with view of Piton de Neige is a really nice place to be. There is a nice kitchen, shared for all the rooms in the building where you can cook. The whole building is very clean. The bed was large and comfortable.

Everything was perfect, it is a beautiful house located centrally. The owner is very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend and come back! Cilaos is a nice city as well.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Kazuera. Staff is excellent and gave us good hike recommendations. Kitchen area is good and it had everything you need to make breakfast or dinner. Additionally Jacuzzi was excellent after long hike! We also did laundry after the hikes and it was super fast!

No restaurant but good bakery 5mins from the hotel which opens 6am.

This place exceeded our expectations. The facilities were outstanding, bed was extremely comfortable, the view mesmerizing, and the guest kitchen to cook in was spotless and very well equipped.

The owner is super nice and welcoming and the room was big, lovely and comfortable. I slept with the window open for the nice cool breeze :-). There's a shared kitchen for cooking and a big fridge there, as well as a mini fridge in the room. Everything was great. Easy parking, nice view of the mountains, and easy walk into town/shops. The "spa" i think is just a jacuzzi. Didn't use it so I can't say anything about it!

Very gracious and friendly hosts. The building/room is very clean and the terrace outside is great! The location is very central and a great spot if you want to do some hikes around Cilaos. In walking distance of a supermarket, bakery etc.

Some hand soap in the bathroom would be nice. Some more equipment in the kitchen would also be appreciated (olive oil, pepper/salt).

Very nice welcoming. Easy to find and very close to all the hikes. The landlord is redoing the place and I am sure the stay will be even more enjoyable as it was in the future.

No breakfast option, especially for hikers, a breakfast package would have been great.

The room was very spacious and the terrace has an unbeatable view of the night sky and the Piton des Neiges. The owner was also very hospitable!

The guest house is located about 10 minutes walk from the center of Cilaos. The town is nice, but the journey by car is quite difficult, I recommend traveling during the day. The guesthouse itself is very comfortable.

If you have a room on the ground floor, you may be disturbed in the morning by the sounds of the shared kitchen.

A very nice house with several terraces overlooking the mountains and also a very well equipped kitchen to share with the other guests. There are four rooms, we had the large one with another private balcony, additional own fridge and large shower including massage jets and steam bath function - very pleasant after a long day of hiking around Cilaos. There is also a nice little garden and a whirlpool (currently closed due to Corona). We liked it very much, also because the host is very nice and accommodating. We also found it very nice that there is so much space in the house where you can spend time together. Highly recommended, thank you for hosting us and the wonderful days in Cilaos. By the way: Some guests mentioned here that the "many rules are annoying". I mean, yes there are rules, but none that are not common sense. Quite normal rules of behaviour that every guest should take to heart when they are with other people. So nothing out of the ordinary.

The host was great!! He even helped me to park my car. The place was really clean and well located. I stayed in the most basic room and it was already fantastic, quite big. You also have access to the kitchen where you can find everything you need. The jacuzzy was excellent. I highly recommend this property!
