Property was exactly as represented with ocean views from several windows. Home was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Only downside was the lack of privacy between neighboring houses when outdoors. Despite that, I would be happy to return to this property.

I just spent 3 glorious weeks at 2 Tucker Lane! The location of the property, the views, the beautifully appointed home and the location were everything I was hoping for. I am very picky when it comes to rental properties and this house did not disappoint. The inside of the house was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you can possibly need... down to the huge lobster pot which is essential when visiting Maine. This was a seamless booking, the owner of the property was quick to respond to my questions and the property manager Danielle was also amazing, responsive and professional. Book your Maine getaway at Peables Cove, you will not regret it!!

Well appointed house in a very central location, close to South Portland and downtown Portland and very close to Crescent Beach. Great view and access to Peabbles Cove was an amazing plus. Look forward to staying there again!

We stayed at this lovely property for our annual Girls' Weekend. It's proximity to Portland was ideal, while also being the perfect retreat in a quiet beach side community. The home comfortably accommodated all eight of us, and had everything we needed to hang out, cook and relax. Denis and Lori were so communicative, and a pleasure to work with! Hopefully we'll be back again, thank you!!

We rented this house on Cape Elizabeth as a surprise birthday get away for my girlfriend and two other couples. The house was immaculate and perfect for hanging out and entertaining. The views from the two masters were amazing. We ventured in to downtown Portland to enjoy the drinks and food, and it was really nice to escape the city and head back to Cape Elizabeth for the nights. Definitely a great location. Lori and the property owner were very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond for us, getting us comfortable and settled in after a little weather snaffu. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. 11/10 will rent again on our next Portland trip.

This was our third visit to the property, this time for a family birthday celebration. Our stay could not have been better. The house is in a beautiful, private area with wonderful water views. It is convenient to downtown Portland and to a great neighborhood beach. The house is very well designed, comfortable, and appointed with everything we could have needed. We love the house, and our guests fell in love with it too. Lori was very helpful and followed up with us.

The property was very nice. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. It is about 20 minutes from downtown Portland in a nice quiet neighborhood. The ocean is a short walk from the property. There is an IGA grocery store a short distance away, less than a 5 minute drive. We really enjoyed the location of the property. It was clean and every bedroom had a bathroom which was real nice. We will be back and will definitely plan on staying here again.

We enjoyed staying in this very beautiful home just steps from a rocky private beach. It was lovely to awake to the ocean breeze and our toddler loved watching the cruise ships crossing into the harbor at a distance. The larger bedroom on the second floor has wonderful views of the sunrise. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to revisit again soon.

Super place to spend a week. Location is beautiful and the neighbors are welcoming. Everything is within a 10 minute ride. Local Farm was great, fruits and lobsters.

We had a great week with the family at this perfect Retreat. Very comfortable and clean. The house was well equipped and the location perfect near beaches, shopping and not far from the Portland Head Light and downtown Portland. The views of the ocean were great. The little neighborhood was a hidden gem with great little beaches for hunting for sea glass.

This house had everything we could ask for -- it's new and beautiful, spic- and-span clean, near the beach and gorgeous walks (and Portland!), has a great and well-stocked kitchen, large and comfortable bedrooms, an amazingly responsive property manager, THREE bathrooms, great sitting areas both inside and out. We loved the location, so close to great beaches and parks yet so accessible to Portland that we could go in for an hour or two, then get back with plenty of time for an afternoon at the beach. We vacationed with two adult sons, our daughter-in-law and almost two-year-old granddaughter, and the house worked perfectly for all three generations. To give you an idea of how helpful Lori, the property manager is: We asked for suggestions of fun activities for toddlers, and instead of sending a couple of ideas off the top of her head, she contacted the Maine Department of Tourism's "family fun maker," Jennifer Hazard, author of "The Maine Play Book: A Four-Season Guide to Family Fun and Adventure," who sent details on one great activity after the next. We tried and loved all of them. Yesterday morning, as our son and daughter-in-law buckled our granddaughter into her carseat for the trip home, she wailed "NO GO!!!" She could've been speaking for all of us.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at 2 Tucker Lane, the house was a perfect beachside retreat. Stunning views out to the ocean, the house was immaculate, very clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend staying here, close to Portland which has some amazing restaurants and Cape Elizabeth is absolutely beautiful, so relaxing.

I was fortunate to have my family join me at your property for a week. Myself, two couples and a child enjoyed everything about the house and surroundings! It was perfect for us all to have our own suites! I talked to Lori before we left and she really personalized our stay. Starting with a basket of goodies tailored to our interests! She also left a detailed list of places to visit and things to do that were perfect for us. Since we are a family that enjoys cooking together, the kitchen was perfect. And when we didn't want to cook, we had her list of nearby restaurants to reference. All of her suggestions were spot on. There's a beach within steps of the house that offered up beach glass at low tide. Our 6 year old and all of us had tremendous fun searching there. All of this and yet we were within 10 minutes from Portland. 2 Tucker Land was the perfect spot for us! Thanks Lori and Denis!

We came as a party of 6. Great views and close to Portland. We absolutely loved the house and location and the beaches in the neighborhood.

2 Tucker Lane was amazing. The attention to detail was 10++ from the linens, dishes, utensils, furniture etc. We did not turn on our tv for 2 weeks minus the Bruins games because the background noise was so amazing waves and birds. The private beaches were awesome. We had a great time and will go back for sure! The Kissicks

This beautiful coastal Maine home provided a great place for a family vacation. The pictures matched precisely what we found: A beautiful home in a nice and quiet beachfront community. The manager Cindy provided us with all the necessary information for check in in a timely manner and was very flexible with the check in. We found a gorgeous and very clean house with all the amenities you could possibly ask for. We were even greeted with a most wonderful basket full of goodies and fresh fruit sitting on the kitchen island. Both the homeowner Denis and the manager Cindy were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond, when we needed anything. The house and especially the kitchen was extremely well equipped with cooking utensils, pots, plates, silverware and even plenty of cleaning supplies. The owners have thought a lot about what a potential renter might need. We loved the beautiful high quality linens, towels, sheets, pillows, a wonderful firm comfy beds (We slept very well in these beds.) and the all the other comfortable furniture throughout the house. We very much enjoyed the ocean views looking out the window, the quiet neighborhood and walking along the beach enjoying the beautiful views. We also loved the proximity to Portland and all it has to offer. I hope my review does the fabulous time we had there justice. I would definitely rent this house again. In short we arrived happy to be there and left better than when we got there, rejuvenated. This is an excellent home to rent. Thank you Denis and Cindy!

Our overall stay was perfect. The house was in beautiful condition, as advertised. The location was perfect for us. A fantastic 3 bedroom(each with its own private bathroom), 3 1/2 bath location. Well appointed kitchen and open living space.(The neighbors are all very nice too!). You have access to Peabbles and Trudy Point and beach.(You have to get up early at least once to check out the awesome sunrises). About 15 minutes outside of Portland, you have easy access, but far enough away to be secluded. Dog friendly with plenty of places nearby to take the dogs. Crescent Beach(dog friendly after Sept 30th), Fort Williams State Park, Robinson Preserve, 2 Lights State Park, are all withing 10 minutes of the House. Plenty of great shopping, activities, music and restaurants in Portland. I would highly recommend you check it all out. A great base camp to do what ever you want.

We were delighted when entering the home as it looks like the photos. The rooms were just as inviting as the professional photographs led us to believe, and the beds were so comfy! The showers were enjoyable. Having the washer/dryer and the a/c was appreciated. The views and sunlight that came into the entire home are lovely. The open layout made for seriously great family time. We would love to stay here again and did our best to leave the home in excellent order. We thoroughly enjoyed your home and are appreciative. We hope to visit many times in the future.

My 7 girlfriends & I thoroughly enjoyed our week! We walked and rode bikes to Fort William and nearby parks. We visited Scarborough Beach! Your beautiful home was tastefully decorated, had every amenity desired and extremely comfortable. Management assistance was just a phone call away! I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and memorable vacation!

Very quiet and peaceful area. Nice to watch sunrise or sunset. Had a family lobster feed one evening. Nicely set up for that. Beaches a little hard to get to, but accessible.

We really liked our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. The location is also nice - close to the city and several good restaurants. We were especially impressed with the kitchen. I do think it is a little on the expensive side. Regards, John R. Germain

We stayed here for a week in July and couldn't have been happier. Everything was clean and as pictured. The property manager, Cindy, was readily available to answer any questions we had. We hope to come back next year!

Perfect spot for a get away with our adult children. The home is well appointed and very comfortable for 3 couples. The access to Portland and the surroundings of Cape Elizabeth is ideal while allowing you to be on a quiet cove outside the bustle of downtown. Thank you, Denis and Cindy.

The home is nice and cozy. Imfound it to be very clean and fresh feeling. It is a newer home with granite countertops and new appliances. It is a place I would feel quite comfortable staying at again. I highly recommend renting this fine home with a spectacular view!
