Piscine, literie, simple mais confortable

Clean room, washing machine was handy, nice to have fully equipped kitchen. For the price, you definitely get value.

We couldn't get a thick blanket, the pool was only open from 6-6, the faucet wasn't working well, and cockroaches and ants came from outside...

I liked the place itself. It's on a very good place at the edge of Cayenne and Remire Montjoly 3 minutes drive from the Bourda bay. The seaside is very nice there. There is a Victor-Martin boulangerie where the breakfast is a real dream. The appartement itself means three different appartments on the same court. The parking is privat with remote controlled gate. Each appartment has own terrace. The bed rooms are climatized, but as the whole appartment is not so big, if i left he bed room's door, the appartment was comfortable cold in 2 hours later. There is a swimming pool behind the court of the appartments. The cleanless is very good. The appartments are well equipped with microwave, coocking plate, kettle, and refrigerator. In the bathrooms are washmachines. When i was there, the internet connection didn't work properly, but the owners did everything to solve this problem. They are very gentle and helpful people.

Speaking on English at this propety ( i mean in French Guyana) is a very big chalange unless you can speak french:)

Airport pick up service (with extra cost) is mentioned on the website but it turned out not to be available. One of the reasons why I selected this establishment in the first place was because I needed someone to pick me up at the airport. I had to argue and in the end a cab was sent for me so all is well that ends well but - if the website claims a particular service is available, it should be available at all times!

Despite the massive cockroach, it was reasonably clean.

Location isn't great, it's a substantial drive from the centre. Host wasn't really helpful with responses, and took almost 24 hours to respond to issues. A massive cockroach ran around the room on the first night. We woke up to a spider on the bedroom wall. There were a collection of dead insects by the entrance door every morning, presumably because the gap under the front door had been heavily insecticided. The power went out several times. Separately to this, the internet went down a couple of times. The TV sound doesn't work. Everything felt a bit cheap. One small toilet roll was provided for a four day stay. Lack of kitchen basics, like a chopping board. Loud dogs barking next door many times a day and sometimes at night. A loud house party with 30+ cars in the property next door one night - the host said "I can't help". I definitely wouldn't stay here again.
