Lovely place ... Very comfortable. Excellent service with special mention to Rinisha @Front office.

Only the bathroom was too small compared to the room size.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good service. Although the rooms are small and expensive but they are hygienic and maintained. Breakfast is also great here. Overall, its was a nice stay for me and my family.

Just outside the hotel there is a taxi rank with a rather aggressive tout who made my sons feel quite anxious.

Great experience all together! Go ahead with choosing this property! If I have to be the critic from Ratatouille I'd suggest better rain heads in the washrooms along with better exhaust facilities

There is a plug point right next to the beds which is connected to the light, so if at night you wanna charge your phone the light will remain on! Someone call the electrician department here !

Location was good and staff were great.

At night one of the lifts had a breakdown and by that I mean the lift hurtled down and landed with an outrageous bang. I nearly fell to the ground and was rather shaken. The lights went out in the lift and didn't move for a couple of minutes. Apparently works were going on and I cannot understand why there wasn't a sign to say "lift out of service". Rather dangerous if you ask me and frightening to say the least. Reported it to the manager but nothing was done apart from an apology 🤷🏽‍♀️. I also handed in laundry and included was a new pair of bright yellow linen trousers which came back damaged (dull and faded).
