The property was beautiful and such an authentic Italian apartment. It has the most beautiful views. The city of Rapallo was a wonderful hub to take day trips from. We traveled with two families totaling nine people. The apartment was spacious and well-suited our large group. The kitchen was well equipped and the tankless hot water heater was especially nice to be able to shower one after another after a long day.

There wasn’t parking at the property, however the hotel nearby easily accommodated our rental car free of charge.

A great location. Rapallo has many great restaurants but feeling lazy you could not beat the two down the road from us by the beach. Comfortably slept all six of us. We loved the ambience of the old building. Four of us used the stairs but lift was useful for the two who were always lazy. Kitchen was well equipped and everything clean and tidy. Recommended.

One set of keys did not have a front door key which was a bit of a nuisance. I did mention this to Flexyrent but no reply. The toilet chain broke as well and I tied it up with elastoplasts so hope it is mended for the next holiday makers. There was not a lot of information in the apartment re things to do but we found our way out and about.

Great location for 8-9 people. Excelllent staying and wonderful position in Rapallo!
