Die Lage ist einfach sehr gut: keine 5 Minuten bis zum Postplatz, der als zentraler Umsteigepunkt Trambahnen in alle Richtungen bietet. Auch das Apartement selbst liegt ruhig und ist gut ausgestattet.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ich fand es schade, dass es weder Spülmaschine noch Backofen gab.

Sehr sauberes, geräumiges, ruhiges und doch zentral gelegenes Appartment mit allem, was man für einen Stadtaufenthalt benötigt. Auch die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut! Sachliche einrichtung, die auf kitschige Bilder verzichtet.

Plastikmaterial im Bett und eine fehlende Gummidichtung der Dusche. Aber beides störte nicht sehr.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the center. Excellent grocery stores very nearby. Parking on the street was easy to find, 6 EUR for 1 day of parking is very reasonable. Apartment was very clean.

Easy to leak water from the shower onto the bathroom floor from an opening below the bottom of the shower door. Only seating option are the chairs at the kitchen table or on the bed Some hooks in the bathroom would be handy

Super clean. Kitchen has everything for the short trip. Toilet and bathroom were top quality.

The flat was clean enough and it has a balcony which would be a bonus in summer. If you stay up to a week it should be a good choice. Public transportation network in 10 minutes reach by foot. There is a small supermarket around the corner.

we had to wash almost every piece of cutlery we have used as lot of them were greasy (kettle, cofee machine, micro, etc. were okay). Absolutely not clear how and where to dispose of the garbage, or we just overlooked something... Even a small cheap vacuum cleaner could help a lot, really (a small washing machine would be be a game changer)!

The instructions that described where and how to collect the keys were clear.

- no problems getting in - information delivered to me was accurate, I collected keys from the lock box that is nearby the apartment and got into - even though we arrived some 2 hours before property's check-in time the apartment was ready and key was available - location - 2 minutes walk to 2 tram stops, 5 minutes walk to old town, 5 minutes walk to Dresden Mitte train station and although it's so close to those areas it's very quiet at night

- it's a subjective opinion but I'd prefer less soft bed - nevertheless I had a decent sleep there - soap dispenser in shower and some additional towels for longer stays would be a great idea ;)
