A localização é excelente pé na areia, o comércio em volta é abundante e dá para fazer tudo sem carro. A praia é linda! Valeu super a pena, fomos em 12 pessoas contando com crianças e ficamos todos bem acomodados. O anfitrião foi super atencioso.

This apartment is located perfectly in Itapema right on the beach and the views from the apartment were absolutely terrific. It has perhaps the best views of any apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Everything worked well in the apartment and the check-in process went smoothly. We also loved how for R$40, on the weekend we could rent beach chairs and a medium sized beach umbrella on the beach right in front of the apartment. There were terrific food options in the area and we also enjoyed that the beach was shallow, making it a great place for our kids to swim.

This was our third beach apartment in Santa Catarina that we’d stayed in that we’d booked using Booking.com and this was the only one that didn’t provide either towels or bed sheets. It never said anything on Booking.com about sheets and towels not being included with the apartment - I’d never stayed anywhere before that didn’t provide those. As a result, the night of arrival we had to go to the nearest store and buy towels and sheets for 7 people for the three nights we’d be there. In total, I feel like this should have been well explained in the information when booking, as had we known that we wouldn’t have sheets and towels provided, we likely wouldn’t have booked this apartment - it made the effective nightly rate for the apartment be quite a bit higher. In addition, the apartment had a lot of small ants and all of us got a lot of mosquito bites at night while sleeping here. Overall, the apartment is very special, but I think this information about no towels and bed sheets is very important for people to know.
