Staff were pleasant It was near a tram stop

-Black mould in the shower which smelled so strong it made us light headed -One shower and two toilets between 18 people ( and more as other rooms used our bathroom) -Was bitten several times by bed bugs which led to a visit to the doctor as the filthy facilities caused them to get infected. -Other guests (the men) smelled diabolical, I had to sleep with smelling salts shoved up my nose to stop me from vomiting. (I understand this is out of the hostel’s control however as a women, you may consider paying more for the women only rooms as sharing with men was horrifically disturbing and revolting) -The one and only shower was bust and water sprayed in every direction. -Used tooth brushes and dirty socks were in the bathroom for days without being claimed or thrown away by staff. -The bathroom had no hand soap which meant germs were being spread as no one was able to clean their hands. -cannot believe I payed actual money to stay here, it felt like I should be being paid for enduring such an unpleasant weekend.

The location was good, you could take one tram to get to the bourse or walk 20 minutes

This hostel was musty dusty crusty. I understand we all want to travel on a budget but to ask €30 per night for this is a RIP OFF. We are girls girls, and we will tell you the truth. First of all there was mold all over the shower, like you could actually smell the mold. There was only one bathroom and two toilets for 30 people. We have never experienced a place actually smelling musty, it was HORRIBLE. We didn’t shower the time we were there, one friend did and came back with weird bites on her legs. The common room was not pleasent either. The sofas are dirty and falling apart. The fussball table was nice tho. I have stayed in hostels before but really do not recommend this one tbh…

El hostel es grande, camas muy cómodas y privadas con su propio enchufe y lámpara, cortina , baños bien distribuidos y personal amable en la recepción, bien conectado con el transporte.

La cocina podría estar mejor equipada, es un solo fuego para todos los huéspedes.

Horrible staff. They charged me money for a key. They told me they would refund when I return. The key at check out. When I returned the key, I asked for refund they acted like they did not know what o was talking about. Instead of refunding me, they charged me again. I emailed them to ask for the money, it’s been 24 hours I still have not heard from them. Horrible staff. Terrible experience

The beds were comfortable. 24 hrs check in service and they have a bag storage area for after you check out. Really nice Irish bar round the corner just by the river. Food was amazing and not to expensive. Tram is also over the road.

No air conditioning. No fans in the room either. 12 people sharing a room it gets hot. Didn't get any messages on advice to get to the property. It's ok I've been before but for a first timer it's handy. With it being 24hr check in get the train into the city not a taxi. They can charge as much as 75 euros. Train is only 8.

The room smelled after an open sewer.
