L'appartement est très proche du Futuroscope ( 10 minutes en voiture ).

L'appartement est bien pour un couple mais pas adapté pour une famille. C'est un garage aménagé en appart. De plus le contact avec le ou la propriétaire est inexistant . Depuis un mois je réclame une facture pour ma location mais cette personne reste indifférente à ma demande malgré mes multiples sollicitations.

In a quiet residential area, half way stop over from calais. good kitchen facilities. private parking included. was very cheap.

Had an awful smell of stale cigarettes, not that clean, stairs not suitable for children or elderly.

We are not people who normally write a bad review but this really was a terrible stay. When I booked the pictures and reviews are not necessarily the place you end up in as there must be a few. We were in what was a 3 bedroom house, ideal area just off autoroute but..... Curtains ripped one window only has 1 half covered Blinds broken Cushions stained Kitchen cloth filthy Kitchen surface dirty Beds basic Blankets dirty Pillows terrible It's hard to explain how odd the house was, bits and pieces thrown together but not well looked after and very tired. Ps communication was all via an app I'd never heard of and I was unable to use it for basic info. Eventually I used what's app and the man was very helpful but it was stressful trying to find key codes etc. The address given when I booked turned out not to be the place we were given and you also had to pay extra to have sheets and towels. These were lovely and clean. We don't mind basic but this was unclean and pretty shocking, could be perfect with some TLC as its in a nice place with a garden and parking

Unfortunately the pillows had a bad smell and need to be washed. Else everything was clean and smelling good.

Its easy to find location. Everything is perfect as per my expectation. 5 minutes ride from futuroscope and 15 minutes walk from there. Before arrival i got every instruction by mail about keys and all facilities. Very enjoyable stay, everything is well organized. Thank you see you again
