location was great (just make sure it you come from bus that you walk along the marina before getting to town), owner of the property was also lovely to deal with, he helped us with our heavy bags upstairs. had a little balcony which was nice too, being able to put things in the fridge was good/ handy! fhe guest house also had beach umbrellas for use

This property is wonderful! It was just what we were looking for in the heart of old town! you couldn’t be any closer. The room was newly renovated and very clean! It was small but comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Marco was very accommodating and was in contact with us via messenger in Booking.com. He’s a great host!

The guesthouse is very well-located, just a block from one of the pedestrian-only shopping streets, and a few blocks from the main square and waterfront. It's also a short walk (about 15 minutes) from both the bus and train stations. There's someone to greet you personally and show you the facilities when you arrive, which is a nice touch. There are only 4 rooms and there's a shared kitchen where you can leave your food in the fridge and even prepare food. A fully stocked Nespresso machine provides free coffee anytime you want. The room is small, but the bed is very comfortable and it's quiet and peaceful. It does get a bit chilly at night, but once you get under the covers it's warm and cozy.

Perhaps a small portable heater in the room during the winter would make it less chilly.

The location is ideal in the heart of Lagos city center with unparalleled access to cafes, shops and restaurants.

The guests should keep in mind that the space in the room is very cramped and the room has no ventilation at all. For people with claustrophobia, this would be very difficult.

Location was very good and central. Rooms were smallish but so comfortable. Netflix was a plus!

Everything was great. But if there is a need to pick something to improve, perhaps a washing machine and/or dryer onsite.

I like that the guest house is in center area, very next to walking street, plenty of cafe and restaurants.

The room has a bad smell from humidity due to the room has no window.

Marcos the host was very friendly and flexible with check in / check out. Was also able to leave my bag. Bedroom lovely and fresh with good ventilation large door and window. Air conditioner efficient if you prefer. Access to clean kitchen and fridge and crockery/ cutlery etc. Extras like oil, tissues, charger etc not needed by me but appreciated anyway. Netflix was also available. Very close and convenient to Square / transport etc

Tight stairs - but that is common in these apartments. Bathroom a little tight, but necessary to accommodate large shower recess.
