The location is absolutely awesome, right in the center of the city, close to restaurants, shops and the lake as well as public transportation options (bus, train and boat). The facilities (kitchen, fridge, coffee machine) offered were very good and the hosts were reacting promptly to all inquiries we made. Great value for money, especially for a longer stay
The written info on the check-in came two days too late (however, I also missed a call of the owners when travelling there), otherwise, we were mostly bothered by a strong cigarette smell in the room - first we thought it came from the sheets but it turned out someone must have been smoking in there before. This is unfortunate because it dampened out overall satisfaction with the place.

The location was perfect! It came with so many amenities! It was great because there was a market close by which allowed us to cook at “home.” It was close to the train and bus station. We opted to not rent a car so that was really convenient. Lastly it was very well maintained!! Really well thought out and well stocked!
The only thing that was a bit difficult was finding it in the dark the first night because we arrived late the first night… the Taxi drive took us to another place with a similar name …but once we figured out that …me made it.

We arrived to Neuchatel in October 2022, and it was a complicated period of our life. I can not emphasize enough how important it was for us that the hotel provided a big apartment for us, that it has such a great location and that Giovanni helped us a lot with all our requests. We are very grateful for this and we enjoyed our stay.
I could not remember anything significant. Perhaps, just to be honest, I would say that the cleaning could have been a bit better (I mean just floors), but we didn't feel that as a big problem.

This was in a historic building, completely remodeled on the inside with every amenity. The building retained some of the massive old stone walls and archways between rooms on the inside as well, which was fascinating and very charming. Nespresso coffee maker. Fully equipped kitchen with window. Large living room with comfy sofa and second sofa that folded out into a bed and the living room was still extremely large! Large apartment with windows on multiple sides and private terrace. Not ground floor. Accessible by exterior lift.
Difficult to find by car. But owner talked us through to the location.

Fantastic location, and well-appointed apartment on 2 levels. It was surprisingly quiet, considering its location in the midst of the old town with its narrow streets and often noisy venues.
The accommodation is rather pricey and the floors and other elements rather worn. Some updating, especially given the price, would be in order.

The location is fantastic. The host worked to make our stay as comfortable as possible during a holiday weekend. We appreciated the support we received during and after our stay.
We should have done more research before booking our stay. The city was gorgeous, but unfortunately very shut down for the New Years holiday. We chose the property so that we could have an apartment style hotel with a restaurant on site. Our hope was to have a break from cooking for our family. We were informed upon arrival that the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay. We then discovered that every restaurant was closed in the city because of the holiday. There was also a huge party above our room on NYE. We were okay with some extra noise because of the holiday, but it stretched through the night and no one in our family got any sleep. The host responded at 2am and was working to quiet down the other guests and we appreciated the attention.

The area, efficient and relaxed service, the art gallery in the building, location and closeness to town. It was very well situated in the centre of town so we could walk to the market and various other shops and restaurants. The rubbish was taken for us very efficiently. The manager was great. Very very convenient.
Only draw back is it is rather noisy, however if one keeps the windows closed it was not too bad.

Excellent. The apartment was big and very well furnished, right in the city center. The owner is very nice and the check in an check out very easy. This is something I always appreciate.
The wifi was very poor. For us not a problem, as we have a Swiss phone number and could use our data. But if you have a foreign SIM card, this could be an issue. Also the cleaning fee (CHF 150.00) makes the price-per-night quite high, if you only stay a few nights like we did.

Location is perfect, close to the train station, parking lot and city center with lots bars and restaurants. The apartment was crystal clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Enough space for six of us. Special thanks to our host Giovanni: the most helpful and friendly host ever.

Very nice apartment in the city center. It‘s 10 - 15 minutes from the train station. The apartment is very big and close to the lake.
