З недоліків відмітила б не дуже добрий стан посуду ( а саме каструля в аварійному стані, при користуванні може відірватися ручка). Також була недостатня кількість чашок, але персонал це виправив. Дуже поганий стан матрацу в спальні, його пару років назад потрібно було змінити, то якийсь гамак. Погана звукоізоляція, будьте готові самі впливати на ситуацію, персонал нам просто порекомендував самім дзвонити в поліцію, оскільки в декількох квартирах поруч був фестиваль. Також не дуже зручно пізнього вечора самім шукати, де взяти ключі й самім шукати теє помешкання, ще й за це платити 30 злотих. Таке я зустрічаю вперше!

Personalen inte alls trevliga och var alltid nervösa och stressade! Väldigt dålig ljudisolerad man kan vakna mitt i natten för att grannarna är högljudda eller även pga en bilister utanför! Sängkläder och handdukar räckte inte för en 6 dagars vistelse! Tv:n var mycket gammal modell utan internetfunktioner så man kunde varken koppla eller casta från mobiltelefon så den kom aldrig till användning!

Great location, spacious appartement, very clean. There was a miscommunication about the deposit but stay win aura fixed it.

Except for the miscommunication that got cleared out there were no negative points.

Receptionist who gave the door codes could have been more pleasant, Confusion over apartment number, ( it was apartment no 77, but the way it was written, looked like 22 )

Great location, eveything clean and tidy. Good bed and no noise at night. Having a washing machine was very nice. I would have liked to see and hear more than local tv or dubbed but it was not a big thing for me because I was out most of they time.

The only thing that I did not like, was that the shower had no power. I had problems washing the soap out of my hair, took forever because rhere was sso little water.

It was really nice place to stay! I’m sure I would stay again. Apartament near the centre, many cafes, restaurants, it was possible to find a place for a car at Chmielna street. Rooms were lovely and comfortable.

Clean and modern apartment. It felt secure with coded entry to the building and room. Shower was powerful

No full length mirror, tourist information or toiletries. Pillows are absolutely awful.

Very modern and 7-10 minute walk into centre. Definitely a bit of luxe to the holiday. The staff were helpful and arranged a personal transfer for us which was £26.

Half way through we were hit with a cleaning fee which wasn’t disclosed at the start of the stay, which I think is a bit unprofessional and we had to pay a damage fee for having makeup on towels, which surely would go under the cleaning fee.

Lovley clean apartments, easy check in, only a 10 min walk from city centre, little shop for any food you need next to apartments, a bar not far. Good size with enough storage for clothes, a little eahing machine in toilet. although it snowed and had hail the fan in bedroom ceiling was a good idea, kept us cool as rooms were warm, Little balcony looking over river would be lovley in summer, but if sitting its a wall in front so probably wodnt see over. Better with an apartment with the glass balcony to sit out. We were in apartment 63.

No spare pillows and we're very soft, not great quality, beds were comfortable enough. No towel to dry dishes and no salt in salt dish. Only little things but small things make a difference. Not a lover of keycodes to get into building and also room, especially if you forget them or lose the codes. Keycards would be better. Security deposit should be pending, not charged straight away. Definitely recommend though. Would return.
