It was in the nicest part of Ravenna. The owner and the manager were incredibly personable.

I had a car, and driving in this part of Ravenna is restricted. This is not a problem if you contact the hotel in advance. There is a parking lot about 250 meters from the hotel and the hotel can arrange permission to drive in the restricted area to drop off luggage.

we had a nice big room with a pretty comfortable bed, not crazy for foam pillows. Bath was good, products & towels ok. nice outside space. did not sit in living room, seemed musty. I expected breakfast as it was a b & b, there was none.

The location and breakfast was good. The room was delightful .there was a sitting room outside our room with complimentary liquors. The garden was lovely and there was tea and coffee always available. The staff were very helpful.

The location was perfect, right across the street from the mausoleum of Galla Placidia and Basilica of San Vitale. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large, with a shower that felt like a spa. I could have stood under the rain shower head all day. The air conditioning kept us comfortable, and good sound insulation kept out noises. There is also an enormous library/living area where you can get digestifs provided for all the guests. I would rate Le Case di San Vitale a 12! We loved staying there.

Everything was just excellent !!! The most elegant hotel , you feel like you are at home . Stylish , clean , comfortable , great location , very nice staff , wonderful breakfast . Best place to stay in Ravenna .

Great location with hosts that do everything to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. You step out into the old town and the best mosaics in the world. Just wonderful.

Beautiful place with fabulous decor., situated in the heart of the historic centre opposite the Basilica di San Vitale! We were looked after so well and breakfast was delicious.

Amazing location and place

Wonderful location and beautiful room, adjoining library, and breakfast.

The one thing we found irritating was the closure of the hotel at 1pm. Our train (Il Treno di Dante) left at 6pm so we were stuck with our baggage all afternoon.

The accommodations were beautifully appointed. Everything, especially the air conditioning and the plumbing, were in top working order. We were even provided with a refrigerator full of complimentary beverages and snacks. Le Case Di San Vitale is literally a few steps from two of the top mosaic sites.
