Ideal location for Joondalup hospital appointments

Very nice and clean apartment. Host was helpful and friendly. Good car parking spot. There is a balcony but it's enclosed. Apartment is as described.

The only thing that I would like to have seen is wifi in the apartment. An unenclosed balcony would have been better it is pictured, so not sure if it's been changed since.

Central to Joondalup, Joondalup Hospital, shopping, university etc.. Walking distance to many services and facilities. Accommodation was very comfortable and well set up. Can't suggest anything that could be improved.

Located in a back street, only view was of the hospital service area and the Covid Clinic. Street/ parking area used by hospital staff and patients as smoking area, footpath and car pick up point. Hospital's large external lights on all night. As an elderly sole traveller I felt a little insecure. Expected view on to Grand Boulevard given the address of the property. These issues can't be changed by property owners and they have done everything they can to minimise impacts of location.

I liked the location, and that most of the things we needed were already provided but Lakeside Joondalup shops were very closeby. Host was easy to contact too

Only thing that was missing was some tea towels :)

Quiet location for good rest but close enough to shops, restaurants & transport.
