The room offered everything we needed, and we felt comfortable. Communication with Jing was excellent. She was willing to help if we needed anything.

Nothing. If you want to live an hour away from london on your holidays then go on and book this property. If you wish you to pull your hair out trying to get your deposit back then be my guest.

This property is a scam. The host takes the deposit money and will do her absolute best to keep it and not give anything back. It’s a shabby set up so everything is on the brink of falling apart. Bed sheets are old and mouldy, windows are barely held together, there Janek sink in the kitchen so you have to wash dishes in the bathroom. There is no washing machine either. And photos are very deceptive. It’s a tiny loft and there is hardly any space. The sofa is right beside the bed. You can’t sleep on it either as it’s very slanted. And on top of that if you want to check in early, know that the host will charge money for it. Pettiness on another level.

The studio corresponds to the photos and description, no bad surprises. The place is clean.

The neighborhood is not very nice and is fat from the city center. You should be able to find something closer to the center for the same price, but without a kitchen. The owner asks for a guarantee deposit via whatsapp in a way that for me is not formal enough. However, the deposit was given back as planned.

Good communication, clean and comfortable room.

Jing was very welcoming & accommodating to our needs without being intrusive. Our stay was very comfortable & the loft had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again.
