The room decor is modern and refreshing and a decent size.I have stayed here previously and on my last visit had a better room. All amenities in the room are provide. Room service is available from the restaurant. Arranged taxis as I needed. Local supermarkets and park within walking distance. Good WiFi . Staff speak English.
I paid cash for my stay and no matter how many times I asked I never received my change . It’s a principal issue that if a company doesn’t have change they take the short fall - not the customer. Lighting in the room is a little dark.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room and very clean. Fair price considering the time of year, under the Christmas holidays. I recommend it.

The staff are extremely accommodating and super friendly.
The coffee shop is lovely, food is tasty, good value for money.
The mattress in our room needs to be replaced, room needs a good clean, beds to be moved and floors wiped. Hairdryer didn’t work. The drains in the showers need to be unblocked, bathroom floors flooded when showering.

Rooms are small.. staffs are not cooperative... i reserved a room for 2 persons and they didn't accept to give me 2 keys.. which is a simple request

I was quoted in euros when I got to the hotel they charged me Turkish lira which equated to about £7 more. tried to speak to receptionist (a different one from the one that checked me in) He just couldn’t see the problem

The design was so brilliant , the stuff were friendly
The noise of the road Infront of the hotel , the cost was too high , there were no dolabs in the rooms , i can say it isn't familyfriend hotel

The rooms are beautiful if having beautiful photos is more important to you than having a comfortable stay.
We traveled by car with a dog and immediately wrote about it. The hotel told us on the day of check-in at 15:56 (!!!!) that there is an additional charge of 250 TL per day for staying with a dog. There is not a single carpet in the room, only cold tiles. For what the extra charge is not clear. It is also not clear why the hotel did not find a minute during the week to answer us in advance, and not after the check-in time. When I asked why they provided important information after the free cancellation time, they told me (at the front desk) that I could cancel now. Of course, at 10 pm after 6 hours of driving, I will look for another hotel! Absolute disregard for the customer.
There was also no parking space. We were forbidden to stand in front of the hotel, although there were many cars parked there. We were only offered to park the car in the parking lot if we left them the car keys. What is this idea?
The room is very beautiful but absolutely uncomfortable. Very little lighting, impossible to make up. There is only one nozzle in the shower, screwed under the ceiling, it is impossible to wash properly. The feeling that the designer was a womenphobiс. The breakfast is very poor.

it was pretty nice stuff, quite good breakfast.
hotel needs renovation in the rooms. the room is very dark. window goes to the road so its quite loud, i slept in earplugs. the bed is old, mattress need to be changed. the curtains are with holes

Staff and restaurant was nice.
Walls were extremely thin. I could hear everything and every neighbour. Also could hear every car on the very busy road next to the hotel. Couldn't sleep for a second. It was also not clean and dusty.

perfect location- close to restaurants and cafes, taxi stop right in front of the hotel. New and clean, very stylish, with nice cafe. Breakfast was more than good

nice staff, speaking english. Great breakfast (always with veggies). And nice place to stay with a dog because there are two dog playgrounds nearby
