Everything!!! The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. The huge garden and pool was a highlight for our children who are 5 and 10. My daughter had her birthday when we were there and the host allowed us to invite out italian friends for a dinner. The ground floor flat we stayed in was very clean and every you needed for a comfortable stay was available. I particularly loved being able to sit in peace on our terrace in the morning with a fresh coffee from the coffee machine. I also felt very safe there and we slept very well. There was a lovely local trattoria next door which served delicious and reasonable priced local food.

It is a 15 min stroll to Garda, which wasn’t a problem for us at all; we quite liked not being in the middle of everything.

Very comfortable and excellent equiped apartament. Our stay was very nice. The owners lived in the same building but it didn't make our stay less comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom were very well equiped. The ability to park our car in the underground parking was very helpfull during hot and sunny days. It took us about 25 minutes to get to the center of Garda Town (the way back was a little bit longer - it's uphill). Big swimming pool in the garden and many sunbeds. Beautiful garden with many olive trees. The local restaurant right next to the corner :)

The host were very polite and very accommodating. The rooms were clean. They provided towels and kitchen essentials. Be sure to bring your own toiletries item (eg shampoo, toothpaste). There were some spices/ingredients that I could use, but I would bring my own spices and oil from home. There was private parking underneath the house. The pool was very large.

At the amount I paid, I would’ve expected air conditioning (I was already aware this was not available). However, if you open the doors and turn on the fans at their max potential, it is very pleasantly cool in the bedroom at night. I truly have no complaints about this stay. This was overall a great stay.

The pool in the garden and the garden itself were great. The sense of privacy and the fact that there were restaurants nearby, a supermarket five mins drive away and a 20/25 minute walk to the lake.

Small thing was I used the sofa bed and the fridge was a bit noisy.

Signora Bruna, our friendly hostess, lives onsite. She was unobtrusive but most accommodating when sought out and keen to make our stay comfortable. The accommodation is absolutely spotless. The well equipped kitchen also has condiments available which was a pleasant surprise. Parking is in a spacious secure area beneath the accommodation. It was lovely to eat outside on the verandah and look onto the simple and elegant garden - olive trees throughout the lawn. It was wonderful for our old dog to wander straight out the door and investigate its expanse. We were driving, so even though the accommodation is a little way out of town it is on a bus route if required and away from the hubbub. A great spot for staying short or long term.

Excellent property. Clean, with beautiful garden. Quiet location and a welcoming host.
