Very enjoyable, very clean, a bit dated but very nice beachfront property. Very easy to have questions answered by the property mgmt company, they were wonderful!

The location was wonderful and the view was spectacular. It was quiet at our end of the beach, so it was pretty peaceful. The kitchen had everything that you needed as well. Only two main downsides: only one of the two elevators was working in the building while we stayed there and the beds were very uncomfortable.

We had an excellent time during our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. While a bit dated, the condo was exactly as pictured online so we knew what to expect. One thing worth noting: the washer/dryer unit can only wash or dry at one time not be doing 2 loads simultaneously! The beach was beautiful and very easy to walk to and you can't beat the balcony view. The pool was nicely heated with bathrooms available but be aware it has a 10 person bathing maximum! It is very small. Overall, we loved our stay and would visit again.

I Loves this property!!! Nice Location, Nice Room. Only thing I did not like is the screened in porch… it probably saved me from being eaten by bugs but was at times hard to look through.

We had a great stay and especially loved the ocean views and access to the beach. The Condo is steps to the beach so very convenient for carrying your beach gear. The rinse off stations, pool and bathrooms were also very nice! As others have mentioned, appliances are outdated but functional. The washer/dryer vent was broken and took some tinkering. Master Shower knob needs replaced (tricky and loose). Overall, we had a great stay and there was plenty of room for 4.

Very outdated except for the flooring. The Roku TV streaming was the pits. There were no up to date channels. All was very old. We ended up watching Alfred Hitchcock the final 3 days of our stay all day and night. There was no access to any live sports/games. The view from the balcony was the nicest thing.

Beautiful view, pink shell was a little noisy

We recently spent 5 days at Beach Villa and enjoyed every minute. The unit was just the right size, clean, and the view was lovely. No waiting for elevators, great parking. Pool is small, but most of the time we had it to ourselves. The only downside was the bedrooms were warm at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location in easy walking distance of all the things we like to do at FMB. Beautiful sunsets over the gulf. The building and amenities are in great shape and a very nice, warm pool. The unit number 604 had new vinyl plank flooring throughout so looked even better than the pictures. Beds and furnishings were all in nice shape. If anything, it could offer a few small things like more utensils, pizza cutter, and a can opener. Other than that, it was well equipped. We had a great time and would come back.

Very nice location with a beautiful view of the gulf, Sanibel Island, and sunsets. The property is located on the quiet north end of the island but only about a 20 minute walk from numerous restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and the beds comfortable. Appliances also clean but in need of updating. Kitchen overall and living room furniture would benefit from an update.

Location and view from property was great! My only complaint about this condo were the bathrooms. Both tubs had mold and the toilets kept flushing in black grinds. Bathrooms need to be updated and tubs need to be deep cleaned. In addition- vents need to be cleaned. They were covered in dust

We had a great time staying at Beach Villas! We had a few issues at check in with some cleanliness issues but they took care of it immediately. The villa was very warm and nice. The kitchen had older appliances and we normally like a little more modern conveniences, but they were clean and in good working condition. Communication was great. This villa was just steps from the beach and in a very close and convenient location to Time Square and all restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great - walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The view can't be beat- sunsets are amazing. The beach is right out the door. Condo is just as pictured - needs a bit of updating but overall is great. Kitchen is adequate but could use a couple of oven mitts. Ice maker was a real bonus. Comfy beds, quiet at night. It is right next to a large resort so can get a bit noisy during the day. Plenty of bath and beach towels, plus beach chairs and umbrella. A couple of suggestions: Provide two working hairdryers: only one provided and doesn't always work. Need more trash bags: only one is provided and is not sufficient for a week's stay. Need Roku remote in living room. Tub floor in 2nd bathroom is discolored/rusty and appears dirty. A broom would be great for cleaning up sand that gets tracked in. Overall this is a great place to stay to enjoy a beautiful beach vacation.

Incredible Views! We were able to walk to everything except a grocery store. The whole island is awesome. we didn't have to leave to find entertainment. It's all right there.

Really enjoyed this spot and would reserve here again! Exactly as pictured, casual, comfortable, easy - all hallmarks of a great, relaxing vacation. Just steps to the beach and absolutely stunning sunsets. Directly next door to Pink Shell Resort - fun to hop over there for a cocktail and a very easy walk down the beach to fun spots. Suggestions: provide one extra garbage bag for folks staying for a week. One chair on patio is ripped and unusable; some new, comfy patio furniture would be a great investment for this property. That said, we had no problem enjoying what was there. King bed in master and the couch in living room are super comfortable. Queen beds in second bedroom quite hard. Started the week with a gal pal from hometown to enjoy a great show in Fort Myers, then she left and boyfriend arrived. Everything was perfect for both girl time and then romance. Will be back - great, low key spot! :)

condo was clean and well equipped. the view from the balcony was fantastic. location was perfect. in walking distance to shopping and dining.

Bedroom shades were darkening. Beds were comfortable. Good sleep. Condo overall was Adequate and comfortable. Both elevators worked well all week. the beach is great for kids and easy to get to. we rented umbrellas and chairs from the resort next door. The owners closet had chairs and umbrellas we chose not to use. As we have read in the reviews, this condo is dated and due for an upgrade and the sink faucets need replaced now. we had a four year old and they just don’t work for the kids. We would book again.

We had a problem with both faucets in both bathrooms with loose screws and not much water coming out.We had to use the faucet in the kitchen.Also the control for the TV in the master bedroom did not work properly.We we’re told that a plumber was coming out to fix the water problem but since we were’nt there the problem was not corrected.

The location was great here at this condo. The view was amazing and that’s really what you pay for. The balcony is screened in, which I thought I would like but it actually obstructed the view some. They also had way too much furniture out there so it was hard to move around. The interior of the condo was fine. “Mostly” clean - some of the counters hadn’t been wiped off well when we got there and we found a couple things like dried food on some utensils. The decor is a bit dated but we didn’t plan to spend too much time inside anyway. The king bed is okay - not the most comfortable. But one of the double beds in the second bedroom is broken and was extremely uncomfortable. They really need to invest in some minor updates and it would go a long way. Overall I would still rate the property about a 3.5 or 4 out of 5 based on what they represented it was. Would probably stay again.

Pros: Great location! Lovely screened deck with great view of the ocean and direct access to the beach. Nice pool, and tables/grilling area. Closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys, boogie board, etc. which was great since we flew. Wonderful to have washer/dryer in the unit. Cons: Kitchen and bathrooms need updated—especially the faucets. Our 5 & 6 year olds could not pull up on the handle to operate and had to have help every time they needed to wash hands or brush teeth. Kitchen had good amount of pots/pans, cups, silverware, but no can opener, pot holder, or dishwasher detergent. Thankfully I always bring a few pods, so we didn’t have to buy any.

Faucets didn’t work properly, bathrooms were disgusting. Carpet in a beach condo is nasty. Elevators were broke everyday. Pictures of the property were misleading to how the condo presents. Tiny pool as well. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Was exactly the place we were looking for. For the most part everything was great. A few issues though: 1. Side of Fridge was filthy. 2. Oven was not clean, use it and had smoke and bad smell. 3. Faucet in the Master Bedroom needs to be replaced. 4. Tile floor in Kitchen was dirty. 5. No dishrag in the Kitchen. We have traveled extensively and expected a little cleaner unit. Especially when I see the price charge for cleaning. All this said, we would stay again if issues addressed.
