I liked that the room came with everything it said it would.

I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness standards, which could be significantly enhanced. The kitchen appliances were notably unclean, exemplified by the rusty, foul-smelling microwave. Additionally, the kettle leaked, and there was mold in the bathroom. The overall appearance of the place suggested it could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The bed was not refreshed during my stay, and while I typically tidy up before leaving, I expected the sheets to be dusted and the bed to be remade, rather than simply left as I left it. The cleanliness of the sheets fell short of my expectations, with noticeable yellow stains here and there, although I understand it's not a hotel. Furthermore, the rugs beside the beds were filthy. Overall, I found the cleanliness level lacking, particularly with the kitchen appliances, leaving me unimpressed.

Safe parking. Clean and spacious. Close to the beach and nice neighbourhood.

There is a busy road at the back of property with some road noise. The patio door didn’t want to lock at times.

Safe, neat and amenities good. Management was helpful. Well maintained. Place smelled fresh and balcony was perfect.

Just close to freeway so it at times is a bit noisy otherwise all was good. Maybe also sofa bed needs to be updated.
