Very friendly staff and excellent food (dinner and breakfast). This is a perfect place to stop after or before Etosha park. The small pool was refreshing and the property and rooms were clean and comfortable.

The reception and the staff was very friendly. The lodge was very private and we love the dog he is very friendly he took us up the mountain.

The insects in the swimming pool, I had to clean the pool myself every 16 minutes.

This accommodation we booked because we had to stop in Outjo, so we didn't expect nothing. So it was very surprising. Accommodation is very nice, interestingly furnished. Staff was great and helpful. Dinner - especially pork steak was great. They have also good pool, but we didn't have time to swim.

It is in the middle of nowhere :) But if you need stop, if you go from the north to the south, it is really great place.

The staff was very professional and attentive to guests’ needs.

Wi-Fi was only available in the restaurant / outdoor lounge area.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and will pack things for you if you need to leave before it starts. Helpful in organising game drives in Etosha. Really nice staff. Food in restaurant is excellent, especially the daily set menu. Lots of parking.

Nice stop off on the way to Etosha. We stayed here and drove every day (1 hour each way) which is quite far.

The restaurant, really excellent ! The breakfast is particularly good - and everything is house-made !.

The location. Outjo is a good stop on the road to Etosha but there are no many things to do... So i will say that Ijaba lodge is perfect to make a stop and have relaxing time.

They breakfast didn't have alot of chooses for example only filtered coffee and only white farm made bread. Otherwise their omelet was delicious

Good Place to stay. Private Parking on the premises is available. Staff is super friendly and meals are cooked freshly. The rooms were very spacy, clean and special details in the furnishings created an outstanding atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in outjo

Fantastic lodge in a beautiful setting close to Etosha National Park. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the food was delicious as well. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again if we come back to Namibia!

A lovely family run lodge about 80km from Etosha and just outside of Outjo. The family room was superb with a living room and two outdoor seating areas so lots of room for a family of 4. The staff are fantastic, really helpful and friendly. For example they found badminton and table tennis rackets for my kids so they could play. Breakfast was great. You will be happy to spend your time at Ijaba.

...Perfekt stay! Hosts are wonderful, room...no that was a house, totally clean, everything u need is there, a perfekt bed, wonderful furniture, food very tasty, location good for Excursions e.g. waterberg, vingerklip, etosha, otavi....its right in the middle, a lot u can do, we went to etosha before breakfast so we got a lunchbag...great! And if you walk around the lodge or up the Hill u have a perfekt guide....jiabo the dog, the cool dog....
