The apartment is in a great location to access the city. Walking distance from most things and close to taxi stands if you'd prefer to be driven. The apartment is small but works really well and has space where needed. There is a small area with a table to eat a meal (table fits 4 people easily) but no living room (the couch is in the main bedroom) but we didn't need one as we were there to see Rome, not sit in a living room. It's no 5 star hotel (no view and it's simple) but it is clean, comfortable, has great AC for the hot Rome summer, and is the right price for a great location.

We had an issue with the hot water but the owner was responsive and moved us to another apartment (identical) which was frustrating to do but appliances break, that is life, what was more important is that they responded and fixed the issue for us.

Easy to find apartment very close to major sights. The hosts provide all the information to access the apartment and we had no problems getting in. The apartment is clean, roomy and has a good aircon system which was very welcome in the heatwave. There is a small lift to get to the floor which was very helpful.

The kitchen is not well equipped. It has the basics, but it would be hard to cook more than a basic meal. The rooms are all bedrooms (with the exception of a very small kitchen/diner), so it's more a sleeping pad. In normal circumstances that would be okay as there are so many great things to see nearby, but when it's 40oC outside somewhere to sit and relax would be nice.

The location was amazing, so close to everything! Everything we could possibly need in walking distance. Restaurants, shops, transport all very close. Our host was awesome, we had a minor issue in the apartment, and he was there to sort it out in half an hour!!

easy check in - a message came into the booking centre at 2.57pm on how to check in using the master lock. the apartment was quaint charming comfortable and clean. the location was perfect - near Coop , Trevi , Pantheon and Barberini metro. there is a lovely restaurant downstairs called Osteria Del Gusto. the laundrette next door allows you to store luggage for 2euros per item.

the shower door is not properly sealed so there is always a puddle outside the stall after a shower. water pressure is good and heating works well. the kitchen is basic but we didnt mind. we brought our own tea, coffee and sugar ( and instant noodles lol)

the location was great!

the bathroom was a bit awkward; not a lot of space between the edge of toilet and the vanity, so those with long legs will need to scooch a bit; the shower was super small and not well sealed so lots of water on the floor; also the holder for the shower head wasn't tight, so you have to hold the shower in your hand while showering; would have loved room darkening curtains or shades to keep the street lights out, but no biggie, needed to get up early anyway.

I had requested to drop off our luggage on arrival as we hadn't access to the apartment until 3. We were told we could leave the luggage in the laundrette next door. When we tried to do that they had no knowledge of this and wouldn't take the bags. We had to drag our luggage around with us for 4 hours, which was annoying. We had to check out by 10.30 am and were not flying home until late and again had nowhere to store our bags. Fortunately we were lucky to stumble across a place that took the bags for us at a nominal fee. It's a pity we didn't know about this on our arrival but we will the next time!!!

most locations provided luggage storage without added cost and more flexible check in. I was told I could leave my luggage next door but was not told that there would be an added cost until I brought my luggage there. some accomodation places allowed luggages to be placed in the room or other designated areas until check in. These accomodations were about the same price bracket. Also, I was only provided check-in details 1/2 hr prior to checking in, all other accomodation provided details at least a day prior to coming. the shower pressure was good but I needed to hold the shower rose otherwise it would spray above the door wetting everything. it needs to be repositioned. bedrooms were gorgeous.

Great location, and a very comfortable apartment for a 4-night stay. all the facilities we needed and the apartment had good heating.

No place to store luggage if you arrive early (the laundry next door charges you for storing each item of luggage). the shower in our apartment did not contain the water very well and the bathroom floor outside the shower collects water.

Clean, calm, well equipped, comfortable, true to the published photos, friendly and easy process. The apartment was calm as the rooms faced a small street with little traffic (cars and people).

No hot water in the shower!!!! Although we complained to the owner , the problem wasn't fixed (4 nights!!!) The bath room was floaded with water because the shower door opens all the time. The toilet sit is not stable Bedrooms windows are facing ground level street, and the street lights enter the room all night.

The location was fantastic! The apartment is perfect size but only if you do not plan on using the kitchen. Staff was very helpful and responded to messages in a timely manner.

There was an issue with the shower and there was no hot water for the first 2 days. However, staff was very responsive and resolved it after that.

The location was very good and it was quite which is really important after a full day in the city.

Lacking some basics like tea, conditioner, a sealed shower screen so water doesn't go everywhere. Towels are cheap and old. It needs some more attention to the details but as mentioned the location & quietness made up for it.

Very basic place. Looks nicer in the photos. However it’s a great location and you’ll likely be out all day anyways. No living room, only a common small dining area. The value here is in the location. Beds were comfortable and each room has good AC and there is an elevator. The place was very clean. There is a laundry shop next door. We got unbelievably lucky and got street parking directly in front of the apartment! lots of good restaurants and sights right out the door!
