As this was a quick booking for me I found this place to be accessible to the main route into Wellington. It was good value for money, costing $870.00 for 4 adults (shared a bed with sister) and facilities good. It was also walking distance to Petone township. Overall experience, very good. Stayed 3 nights.

Suited our needs so no dislikes here.

It was a nice stay

Location. Handy to Esplanade and cafes

Cold room. Electric blanket didn't work. Manager forgot to change it but owner very obliging and came after hours with replacement. Room heater ineffective in heating room sufficiently.

The unit was warm and the location was great.

The unit did not appear to have been cleaned, nor the sheets changed. There was a crumpled towel in the bathroom and mould on the floor and walls. The bed in the lounge was very narrow. The "sea view" was a tiny window with a patch of the sea in the distance. Not worth the money.

Location was walking distance to restaurants and reasonably central.

The bed was so soft it offered no support at all and I ended up limping all stay with hip problems.
