Superbly situated centre ville. Excellent welcome, very friendly host, spacious room and fantastic breakfast! A big plus is they also accepted our two small, well behaved dogs. Overall excellent value for money. Thank you 🙂

Great welcome on arrival.Paul provided guidance with the shower operation. Explained fully the operations and public areas to use. The ambience was perfect for relaxing, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast with a menu to select from, exceptional cooked eggs and bacon. Central location, walk out and the ancient village literally on the doorstep.

The place is just ideal, located in the historic center of Ceret just a few meters from its famous fine art museum and all the restaurants and cafes of the town. The breakfast is great and the owners Paul and Catherine are the perfect hosts.

The Location of Poppy's is excellent in the centre of Ceret and the breakfast as usual was very good and thanks Paul for everything again during my one night stay. I will be back. Thank you!

Everything! Super owner, super cute house, super breakfast. Very nice square. Free public car parking in 3 minutes walking. Very silent place, comfortable bed. I wish many positive moments for the owner and hope to come again soon.

Great location on Picasso square in a beautiful characterful building. Very warm welcome that made us feel at home right away. Paul is an engaged caring host who will help you unload and find parking. We loved chatting with him. Breakfast was always a pleasure thanks to Paul’s company and thoughtful organization. We recommend Poppy’s highly.

Lovely rooms and excellent choice for breakfast which you can have served in your room or terrace. The owners were very welcoming, i would recommend a stay here to anyone visiting Ceret.

Excellent place. Location, host , breakfast .... In covid June 2021

The instructions on how to drop bags and where to park could have been given before arrival. One of the charms of the place is the cafe bar outside the groundfloor bedroom but you will be woken @ 7.30...just accept it in the package .

Only because curfew was at 6 and there was little to do a TV would have been good, but apart from that our stay was excellent.

The room was very clean if a little dated, lovely hot shower and the bed was soooo comfortable. The room facilities were good with tea/coffee making facilities and lots of storage. As advertised it is very close to lots of shops and cafe's some of which were unfortunately closed due to the restrictions, but never the less pleasant for an evening stroll. Well what can you say about the Breakfast??? delivered to our room in a wicker basket, everything was perfect from the choice to the preparation and quantity, if there is a better English breakfast in France I'd like to see it!!

Just a shame that we visited during the Covid restrictions, but the good news is that we are determined to visit again in more favourable times.

Loved the property, the staff and the location. Room was clean and breakfast in bed super nice.

The only down is that the bed and the pillows were really uncomfortable.
