La ubicación y la cama era cómoda
No tenía cortina la puerta de la terraza que da al balcón y por la mañana sobre las 7:30 am entraba muchísima luz y ya no se podía dormir

Very nice house, good location in Bran.
There are no insect nets for windows and this is really challenging during hot days, especially for the rooms at top level (there is no AC too - it would not be needed with insect nets available).

Spacious villa and rooms, garden well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, nice views from most of the rooms
Bathroom towels from multiple rooms with visible staines (probably they were washed, but staines weren't removed), which was leaving the impression that they were not changed. We had a bad surprise after the first night there, because we have realized somebody entered in the courtyard during the night and stole some things we have left on the terrace outside. From this point of view, the access to the property's courtyard vould be improved and a proper gate which can be locked at least should be installed. And the last but not least, the owner changed the booking price after we have checked-out (making it 10x less) probably to avoid the Booking.com commission, which for me is totally unprofessional...

shower stall was small. dogs barking at bedtime. no signage on property so guests can easily identify in correct location upon arrival

I liked everything very much. Very hospitable hostess! The hotel is located away from noisy streets - and this is a huge plus!

The Villa is very beautiful, lovely view, from our room we could even see the Bran Castle. The rooms are very clean and spacious, on the ground floor the is a big living space and a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and you even have free coffee. There is also a dining area with tables. Outside there is a grill and a little playground for kids. The villa is very child friendly. The villa rates more than a 10*. Highly recommended!
