This property is one of the best on the lake. Excellent location away from a lot of the hustle and bustle, but it also close to everything. The view is breathtaking and I love the private swim area. We will return!

The position of hotel is fantastic Perfect position, right on the lake.

We were a group of 5 adult friends 2 couples and my Sister. 1 bedroom en-suite was good 1 double wasn't too bad But the 3rd twin room is suitable for children Not two adults. Mattresses very thin and extremely small and cramped room.

The view is great and an absolute highlight! Communication was very easy, and the private parking space was convenient. Additionally, we used the private lake access to swim in Lake Annecy.

Difficult to have a better view... Right on the lake 1 meter away (the road is behind the building), and superb mountains on the other shore. You walk 3 minutes behind the parking and reach the charming village of Duingt with a bakery, small grocery shop and bicycle rental. Appartement is very well furnished and beds are good. Soundproof is quite good but earplugs are still advisable against the noise of the road. The agency is super helpful and we'll organized.

Of course the property starts to show her age but is well maintained. I just advise the owner to organize a deep clean (ventilation, bathroom) once a year. The appartement has also plenty of heaters so you will never be cold but it is a bit complicated to figure out how to turn them all off :-)

The location is very good in relation to direct access to the lake. The cycle path is also very close and therefore renting bikes is a real must allowing ease of getting around. There is a local food shop and boulengarie. The view from the apartment overlooking the lake and mountains is stunning.

The apartment could benefit from having an air con system, bed sheets instead of a duvet when too hot, and comfortable pillows. A large chopping board and a bread knife would also be handy.

The hostess was great, she answered all our many questions. She even gave me a ride to the grocery store! She was a real sweetheart! The view of the lake was amazing! Could not have been better.

When we arrived there was no water to the unit. Had to call hostess the get info to turn it on. Once we got the water on we discovered there was no hot water, had to call hostess. The wifi info provided was all wrong, had to call hostess to get correct info. It's like the owners didn't really care about our experience. The building has a lift to get to the 5th floor room however, to get to the building from the parking lot you must use a underpass under the road, so one flight of stairs down and another up. If you have any mobility issues this may be a problem. Should have been explained before hand.

View to the lake was great!, location not so far from Annecy and close to shops and bike route.

Old apartment, lamps had spider webs and not clean feelling overall, smelly main hall (humidity), sofa bed very uncomfortable and cold living room as one of the heaters was not working.

Sewage smell in the building and bath. We almost needed to seek for another hotel at that night. Stood outside with kids in cold night. The hosts weren't present in the apartment before 8 PM, although it was written in the mail until 8 pm. The host sent us an Email only on the day of arrival with the details of entry. It was like an Escape room. Luckily nice people helped us to decode the information. Host was unavailable. Very disappointed with the way of connection. The name on the door did not the match the provided one. Check in times and fee are not very emphasized on site. Memory is bad
