great apartment and location

Location, views, size of the accommodation, price. Please be smart and do something about the cleaning and you will get 9-10 ratings because everything else is perfect!

Dirty bed sheets. Hair and blood stains. It's a real shame because the accommodation it's really nice, but it feels like staff doesn't have the time to look after it? This was my impression, also considering the fast "check in" on arrival due to staff being on their own in the bar downstairs. This said, my friends were really unhappy with non hygienic conditions and they were unable to sleep due to that.

Poorly equipped kitchen Bed a little saggy….sofa…..

Staff was minimally helpful. They were unaware of backpack transfer services even though we saw bags being transferred from the hostil the following morning. Communication was difficult at best.

Great location and nice accommodation. Magical setting, very atmospheric. Lots of places to eat and drink. Banks, shops, pharmacies etc. It seems that Galicia generally is a holiday destination for Spanish people. Very few people spoke English and the experience seemed very authentic.

The apartment is very nice but probably due for a refreshment of equipment, which feels a bit tired. We stayed in January and the building probably needs to be kept heated more in order to keep the damp out. This is made worse by the lack of ventilation. Not a big deal, as you can whack the heating right up, but it takes time. I doubt it's a problem in the summer. It was a bit of a pfaff to get the keys as the keyholder doesn't speak English (fair enough) and the instructions aren't especially clear but Juan was very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help.

Apartment was comfortable and clean. Close to town square.

Owner of unit was not at restaurant by the same name as unit we stayed in. The help there was evasive and never gave one a straight answer. They were rather rude, in fact. When owner finally came to meet us, he wasn't any too friendly either though we did not have to deal with him for a long time. We went to restaurant to have breakfast - it was chaotic. Dishes all over the counter that needed to be washed and no one to do the work, so it seemed. I have no desire to return there or to the town for that matter. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
