The property was clean and the description was very accurate. Really nice area, about an hour from Zion and a bit more than 2 hours to Bryce. St George is a very clean city, we enjoyed several restaurants along with a couple local hiking trails

Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, fully furnished home that is conviently located near restaurants, gocery and shopping. Nice easy access for all activites we take pleasure in, running, hiking, exploring etc.

This was a great place to stay with snow canyon almost in your back yard. Also Zion only 45 minutes away. Very comfortable, if you do any cooking be sure and go to Harmons, an excellent grocery store!

The unit is awesome - very nice furniture, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen with quality dishes & pans; beautiful decor inside and out. The ONLY, and I do mean only, issue with this property is the traffic noise. It sits on a well traveled street and vehicle / traffic noise can be heard in all rooms 24/7- that is the only reason for a 4 rating. If you are looking for a gorgeous unit and aren't impacted by noise - you WILL NOT find a better rental. Of that I am certain.

Cutely decorated and seems new. Nice location. Well stocked with supply’s. Pool was great with jacuzzi although crossing the road to get to them was a bit treacherous. We paid 1000 for 3 nights though. Seemed a bit pricey.

Joanna was great to work with! She sent the check-in info prior to arrival and was always very responsive when I had questions. The property was as described and we would definitely stay there again. Traveled for Ironman and spacious garage was helpful for working on bikes/storage.

Property was as shown in the photos, very clean and close to Snow Canyon Parkway. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, bowls, pots and pans.

Excellent Property with Nice Decor!
This property was excellent for our stay and was fully loaded with nice decor and supplies. The one negative is that it is on a super busy road with occasionally noise and was a little challenging pulling in and pulling out because of fast moving cars.

Wonderful long weekend
Property is wonderful! Very clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the location couldn't have been better. Close enough to everything you could want or need but far enough away from the busy main street areas of St George to relax and feel at home. Easy access to trails, shopping, and dining. We will be back for sure!

A wonderful property in a wonderful location. The red rocks and state parks of Southern Utah rejuvenate body and soul.The property is perfect and Lem was so helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Nice Property
Overall a very nice clean and comfortable property - A little close to the noisy /busy road. Gate is sketchy and you really need to be prepared to line up and get all the way off the road. Cleaning fee is a little stiff considering what you are asked to do upon exiting.

Great Location and Space
We had a great stay here. The property was spacious and was only like 10 minutes from spectacular Snow Canyon State Park, as well as great supermarkets. Tons of storage and a well-outfitted kitchen. We definitely hope to come back!

The property was centrally located where you can easily access Saint George or Ivins. It was also close to a great grocery store, Harmony’s. It is located right on a major roadway and has heavy traffic, therefore road noise could be an issue for people.

Our Utah Gem
This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful place and it’s maintained and fabulous as before. Martha and Lem are super great at communicating. Kids loved the aquatic center down the street. Can’t wait to come back again!

The owner was quick to respond to all of our needs and went above and beyond with communication. We really appreciated his response and would be happy to return knowing what to expect next time.
The views were beautiful and the condo sits on a busy road. We didn’t find that to be to much of a issue. It had plenty of privacy.

Desert Townhome
Really nice place to stay. The master suite is huge. The property is very well maintained and stocked. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to do lots of cooking. Check out was really easy. When we first arrived I was worried about street noise but we couldn’t hear it at all inside. The pool area is small-ish but also very nice and the perfect temperature.

Our stay in St. George was full of great mountain biking, food, and relaxation - with special thanks to this lovely property. So comfortable! So beautiful! With absolutely everything we needed to cook and play. Thank you! Can’t wait to return.

Great place to stay
We only stayed 2 nights but it was very nice. Everything you could ask for was there. Very clean, friendly guy who checked us in. Has a nice garage but my full size truck wouldn’t fit but parking spots were very close. The only negative thing is could say are the pool was across a pretty busy street and sometimes the traffic was kind of noisy at night but I’d stay there again. Maybe a little later check out also.
