Good location, 10 minute walk from the Calais train and bus station. Convenient for the Navette bus from the ferry terminal.
(remember, the Navette stops at 19.00 and doesn't run on a Sunday). Friendly reception and clean room. Places nearby to eat and drink.

Arnaud !! he was fantastic! made our stay very happy and he was very welcoming, a great guy! all the staff were absolutely lovely. the food was brilliant and the drinks were affordable and lovely.
there was a pool table there and the hotel was family friendly.
the rooms were adequate but we could have definitely done with some extra pillows. would have been great to an English Channel

very good location, great staff, nice breakfast with fresh, yogurt, ham, salami, we even parked free of charge just 10 mtrs from the door

Location, comfort, ease of access
No parking spaces at the hotel. Paying carpark across the road not opening early enough to check in for early ferry, had to look for space in streets nearby.

A very easy place to stay for a night in Calais. Clean, comfy and good value.
We were not able to park in the local car park with a roof top box therefore it was not possible to find secure parking.

As advertised very central and a good stop for overnight. Staff v friendly and helpful.
Room was a bit noisy.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Nice shower. Close to supermarket, shops and restaurants.
No onsite parking. Closest car-park's height restriction made parking with a roofbox difficult.

There was a great variety of breakfast, the staff were helpful, and were able to fulfill our requests.

Location not bad. Carpark right across the street if needed. 5 min drive from the centre and 10 min from euro tunnel.
The elevator is scary.

The room was very clean and the staff in the reception was very kind and helpful. We loved that the hotel was dog friendly!
There was no air conditioning in the room which made it hard to fall asleep. Had to keep the window opened all night, which caused extra noise from the street. We were a little disappointed that there wasn’t any shampoo or body wash to use in the shower.
