Les espaces communs extérieurs sont très agréables. Il est possible d'y commander à manger et la nourriture est très bonne. Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathique et de bon conseil. Le lit était confortable.
Les salles de bain et toilettes communs étaient sales à de nombreuses reprises, il faudrait nettoyer plus fréquemment au long de la journée. La chambre sentait le renfermé et il n'y a pas de chauffage, je pense que cela serait bien plus utile que la télévision qui est présente. D'un point de vue qualité-prix, j'ai vu mieux au Chili surtout au niveau propreté.

Fruta al desayuno, pieza mu pequeña, pero en realidad para una persona y por una noche suficiente.

Unterkunft ist schön bunt gestaltet und hat einen netten Innenhof und Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen
Unser Bad war leider dreckig und mit Schimmel an der Wand. Die Tische beim Frühstück waren klebrig. 10.000 Pesos Pfand für den Schlüssel empfinde ich als seltsam, es war auch das einzige Mal während unseres Urlaubs, dass wir Pfand für den Schlüssel zahlen mussten. Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein und es gab leider nur Instant-Kaffee. Insgesamt wirkt
die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte meiner Ansicht nach mit etwas Auffrischung viel gemütlicher werden.

El espacio en general es cómodo y muy limpio, tiene amplias áreas de uso común al aire libre y el personal es amable.
Lo único que puedo mencionar como mejorable es que la cama de la habitación no era cómoda.

Äußerst gepflegte Unterkunft. Komfort der Zimmer je nach Preis bzw. Buchung. Auch mit eigener Terrasse oder Balkon verfügbar. Die Qualität ist seit Bestehen unverändert gut! Umfangreiche Frühstücksauswahl auch mit Wurst, Schinken, Käsesorten.

La habitación estaba con mala ventilación, olor a humedad constante, sábanas no limpias. Muy malo

Es un lindo y hogareño lugar, muy tranquilo para descansar, el desayuno es excelente, nos encanto volvería mil veces.
Mejorar las cortinas de baño son muy cortas y se sale el agua, destinaría más piezas con baño privado. Todo lo demás excelente, felicidades por su hostal. :)

Het hostel ziet er heel netjes uit en ligt dicht bij het centrum en de shopping mall. De kamer heeft een prettig terras. Er is een cafetaria waar je lekkere soep e.d. kunt bestellen.
Wifi werkte niet in de kamer. Het bed was niet erg goed. Het is enigszins gehorig.

Everything! Especially the staff and general premises, the pictures don’t lie and we were treated so well for our stay. They even let us store our luggage for free while waiting for our night bus.

We stayed in the casa artesanal which is the family room and it was beautiful, and great value. The breakfast was good too and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The facility was very cute, and the breakfast was pretty good. It was definitely a perk to have a nice cafeteria on site. We ate dinner there one night, and the food was good and very reasonable! The staff were very friendly and helped us set up several tours prior to our arrival, which was extremely helpful.
This was the most expensive place we stayed on our trip, which was crazy to think. The rooms were just okay for the price. Also, while watching TV isn't the point of traveling to a new city, it was a little cumbersome to only be able to watch whatever channels showed up in Spanish on the TV (as in, they weren't smart TVs, so you couldn't watch any of your favorite streaming apps). The WiFi was also a little intermittent.

We especially liked the sunny and spaceous patio where you can sit, relax and have a drink. Overall the location is great, close to the city's plaza and shopping streets. The included breakfast was also very good. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful place to stay, colorful and chill; helpful staff and nice place to meet other travelers. The architecture, house plants and dogs are in themselves something to appreciate. Minimarkets, cafes, and a cute plaza are within short walking distance.

The hostal is very pretty and friendly. The staff greeted me directly in English. But best of all the owner Jens, with whom I had really great conversations in the evening. All in all a really great trip to La Serena.

The staff was incredible - went out of their way to help and were always friendly and had great local recommendations.
The design, layout, and cleanliness of the place - the private spaces felt private and the public spaces had room for socializing and not intruding on others' privacy.
Breakfast was a cool perk!
The showers weren't very hot and the water pressure was pretty low.
