Really easy to walk to town, the apartment has everything we needed to enjoy our trip.

We were confused about parking & couldn’t find street parking. We parked in paid parking which worked out ok in the end.

The space was great, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the flat was overall a good base whilst on holiday.

For me and my friend we felt that the attention to detail wasn’t there. When we went in the table had stains on it, some of the dishes were dirty, the 2 fans that were in the room were so clogged with dust that there was no air coming out of them, all the paintwork and flooring needs redoing. There were no basic cleaning supplies like spray to clean tables and surfaces, bin bags etc. there was no rule book or a book to tell us how to work different things within the flat either.

Location and size. Light and airy. Nice view.

Communal areas. Early check out time.

Good size apartment over a 24x7 shop which we used extensively. The location was picked for access to Alton Towers and that worked out great. Some very nice restaurants in the area.

We had lots of luggage and did not count on the stairs. People should check and confirm if lifts are available in properties. The heating used an app which failed. We could not control the CH so we switched off the radiators in the bedrooms and that was fine. Bathroom is too small and I hit my head a few time on the medicine cabinet over the wash hand basin.

Just to say, communal area carpets need a little clean. Other than that excellent 👌
