The apartment was spacious, neat and tidy. It had a nice kitchen. The location had a good public transport connection.

The WiFi didn’t work on the day we arrived. We had to call/SMS every day regarding the issue. It was on and off. We had a poor connection that lasted for an hour on one of our 4 days of stay. On the fourth night, the room heaters were switched off. On the day we left, there was no warm water.

Bardzo wygodne łóżko, na prośbę o naprawę internetu oraz większą ilość ręczników, zostało już to zrobione tego samego dnia po 2 godzinach. Wtedy internet działał już bardzo dobrze

Niestety były niedociągnięcia z czystością, toaleta była brudna, niektóre elementy stare. Otrzymałam tylko jeden ręcznik na 1,5 tygodnia…Na bardzo duży minus brak chociażby herbaty czy kawy, której można by się napić przyjeżdżając w nocy gdzie to jest standardem. Internet nie działał, gdybym nie powiadomiła personelu.. bo potrzebna była wtyczka, ale było wiadomo kiedy przyjadę. Przydałby się również jakiś dywan albo dekoracje, które ociepliłyby trochę ten wystrój.

Received the code for the key box in good time, the area was very peaceful and quiet, and you could really enjoy the fresh air and the views.

Could offer some small essentials like instant coffee and some sugar and salt.

I arrived a little earlier than expected but was able to get the key and enter upon arrival. The location was good for my purposes. The landlady seemed friendly.

Photos of the property show different flats, with different facilities, which can be misleading. There was a lingering odour of (Asian) cooking in this flat, the TV controller didn't work properly, and there was bizarre mix of plates, cups etc - enough for one perhaps, but also completely pointless items.

Property was nice, clean and well located.

The bed is way too soft and jammed in the middle. But this is a minor comment
