The location is great. The apartment had an amazing view and the area has good local restaurants. The owner / manager was very welcoming. The apartment was clean and cool when we arrived. There was a washing machine on the corridor which was handy for spinning items that I had hand washed. Good internet and quiet at night. This was a return visit for us so we knew what to expect.

When booking I had asked for a ground or first floor apartment due to mobility problems. That didn't happen. We were allocated a second floor apartment, which I could just about manage to get too. The balcony was very small, the third floor apartments (one of which we stayed in last year) have bigger balconies. The shower hose leaked and the shower tray was dangerous - very slippy - a shower mat was needed.

Perfect location near great beaches

For me the location is paradise, a few metres from the sea, right on the edge of the beach which is busy on the weekends but quiet at other times. The beauty of it is you're living amongst the local community, away from the typical holiday crowds. The apartments and one of the two restaurants are now in the fourth generation of Antonio's family, lovely people and excellent service.

Location is unbelievable right on the beach, very quiet. Property location a little hard to find, no signage visible at the gate. I can’t wait to return once updates are completed it will be a in demand accommodation. Fantastic hosts. Great food few steps away in a very cosy & comfy beach side cafe.

Very dated but Reno’s are being done currently with no inconvenience to tenants.

it was a building site in the morning at 8am they were power tool and banging right under the apartment no one said that there was building works going on at all then one morning Simone just let them selfs on to the apartment and just left

Outstanding paradise-like location. The apartments are in a very cute house situated right on Playa Cabtus- a stunning and extremely quiet beach. The apartments have a private parking and there are beach restaurants very nearby. Our two-bedroom apartment was very comfortable and it had all we needed, including good WiFi, kitchenette with all you need and more. The balcony and the view were dream-like: the sea is right below your feet! The host is easy going, understanding and professional. An excellent holiday!

The location is amazing and the view from the apartments is stunning. Two good restaurants within walking distance and just a short drive to town.

The shower tray needs to be replaced. The cups were old and chipped or cracked.

Proximity of the beach and restaurants. Marvelous view from apartment’s terrace. The private parking.

Everything in the accommodation met my expectations. What it was lacking was the information about tap water – drinkable or not.

The location is stunning, with rustic charm and uninterrupted views of the med. The sunsets and stars are exceptional. We loved the balcony for alfresco dining, and being able to snorkel in crystal clear sea - sea temp is 16 C - not bad for February. Antonio's restaurant is really good and open every day except Wednesday. If you need anything you can just pop round to the restaurant - and the cleaning lady is also really helpful. Playa Cabria a small friendly community away from the hustle and bustle. We also liked the walks to the Arabic towers along the coastal paths. The flat is a good base for exploring the area - and it's quiet at night. we often went for a late night stroll on the beach - just us, the sea and the stars. Heaven.
