Had issues with flight cancellation which meant did not arrive in Darwin as planned. Able to rebook flight & room for the following night without stress. Thank you for accommodating our change in plans. Clean, quiet & easily accessible property.

Although the hotel/motel is in the Industrial area it was convenient between the city and Marrara Sporting Complex. You need your own transport (I hired a car). The bar staff were pleasant and helpful. The beds were comfortable. We were told they were updating the rooms. There were tradesmen on site during the day.
The room was tired - the wardrobe door didn't slide the bathroom needed towel rails to dry the towels as we didn't have our room cleaned or towels changed for the 10 days we were there. We could go into the bar and ask for extra toilet paper, tea and coffee and tell them your room number out loud so everyone in the bar knew your business!

It was fine for what we needed, we arrived at 3am after a flight and just needed to get a few hours sleep. Close to the airport
I tried ringing to confirm our stay would be OK on the day as we needed a late check in but the phone number supplied kept taking me to a bank in Perth. There was only 2 quilts and there was 4 of us.

Location was great. Room cleaned when requested.
Room was incredibly old and desperately in need of renovation. Looked as though it hadn't been refurbished since the 1970's. Nothing like the booking website photos.

Winnellie Hotel gave me a quite room to sleep and cold beer at the end of the day. The Bistro food was excellent and the services such as air-conditioning and Wi-Fi reliable. The housekeeping staff were friendly and towels sheets well cleaned.
I will recommend this Hotel to friends and family.
Location I describe as light industrial maybe. So not much convenience stores etc. within walking distance however Darwin is small enough that everything is a short drive away.

The bar staff where amazing and the locals where friendly, I really enjoyed my stay.
Nothing it was a good place to stay.

The bathroom wasnt renovated. (last time I stayed there the room was renovated)
