the location, how clean the property is

Very well equipped and comfortable place. Quality stuff in it. The staff is extremely kindly. Even if you are not happy with something, you cannot get angry at them and they will do their best to sort out the issue. The location is very easy to access and close to Oxford Street and other nice places/restaurants. With the discount I got from Booking.com, loyalty program / Genius member, the price was quite okay in comparison with many other options available in Accra.

The AC in the building is running at a temperature below 20 Celsius degrees which makes you feel a bit uncomfortable. There is some noise coming from the road (Ring Road), but as already I mentioned as positive aspect, the location is very easy to access.

Spacious apartments

Bland breakfast, they didn’t put any effort in the breakfast. My room wasn’t cleaned even after I requested it and left the key with the staff, luckily there was another room available which they offered.

The room was large and spacious the staff was real helpful, nice, and friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast.

I just didn't care for a firm mattress but I managed, but overall it was excellent

Great location, very attentive security guards at the entrance.

It was a bit strange they did not tell us what was in for breakfast before they served it. My partner wasn't eating meat, and the breakfast contained sausages, which we only saw when it arrived. More information/alternative options would be appreciated.

The location is great if you have things to do in Osu, Cantonments and Labone. It's easy to find, the rooms are bright and airy and spacious. Bed was comfortable, AC was strong. Will definitely be back!

We booked airport collection. It took us several hours to get out of the airport due to covid testing, the driver waited and was very patient with us. The team were also lovely

Breakfast was not entirely easy, the choices were quite minimal, was not clear what was on offer.

Entertainment, pool table or table tennis etc

I stay here every time I come to Ghana! It is a very nice apartment style suite. I love the breakfast and that I am able to wash clothes here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Roda is at the front desk and she is very sweet! Location is prime near Osu and Labone, would recommend to anyone coming to visit Ghana for leisure or business.

No pool

the location is amazing and the staff are exceptional. from the front desk staff to the door men and the cleaners. all wonderful. Rhoda and Richard were my favourite staff. they went above and beyond to make my stay very comfortable! they are both gems of Axis suites.
