very little worked, the lift, boot warmers and sauna all didn’t work. it was very expensive too

Choice of Breakfast and Dinner was good. Staff attentive.

The lounge and bar area was cool and we felt the fire should have been lit sooner.

the personel was very warm and nice. felt like a small family. snow at your doorstep, you can rent at the ski equipment stores with discount if you tell them you are from this hotel. Meals were great, variation and nutricious. Dinner and breakfast were included in the stay

the swimming pool was closed a few days due to a malfunction during Christmas. this was very unfortunate. the days we were able to use it was great. jacuzzi, sauna were available.

Location location location says it all and very cheap (Dec 16-23 2022), ski hire, double lifts all within 2 min walk. Hotel staff are absolutely fantastic could not do more for you, happy, energetic friendly 10 out of 10

We had a warm welcome from the family who own the hotel. Fantastic location, metres from the free bubble open throughout the summer to enjoy the trails and mountain restaurant. Countless outstanding walks from the door where you can enjoy an easy hike through the Forest to Le Praz for a swim in the lake in the summer! a few minutes walk away from Ski Lodge for great après plus a favourite if you fancy a treat is the Michelin starred Le Farçon!

Modern, cozy hotel with exceptional mountain view, pool, whirlpool and sauna. The director is constantly eager to do everything he can for his guests. Nice and very clean room. Large, cozy common lounge. Was good value on Booking. Multiple very good restaurants just in front of the house.

Room's doorhandle was a bit hard to use. Pool area only open from 15-20 o'clock.

Attentiveness of the Manager, Louis , nothing was too much trouble. All staff were great and so helpful and always with a smile. Rooms recently refurbished and were well equipped and very clean and of a good size. Comfortable beds . Nice spa facilities A great stay, Big thanks

The bed sheet causes skin itching and the mattress was too hard not comfortable Not proper Sun black out The sound of the bed if someone turn left or right while sleeping we paid to include the breakfast but the food variety was very limited. it has only some pastries , fruits, coffee, honey, butter and fresh yogurt. No cooked stuff such as egg or mushrooms because they said the chef is not available during summer.

Location is very good with genuine ski in/ski out from the Hotel Le Montana. Staff friendly/English speaking/polite/helpful.

For 3 star it was Great ! Circumstance led us to book late in the season.Late March-April. Therefore on the lower slopes the snow was soft. However,over the last 3 days of our stay it snowed and skiing the lower slopes was much better.

Evening meals were not great and not enough choice. 10 euro charge per night for bathrobe and slippers - should be included when there’s a spa.

Room service did not do a complete cleaning during our 4 day stay. We needed to remind them to provide us clean towels. Some common use utilities require some maintenance (i.e. ski room, muddy access to ski room, some games such as dart was damaged and had missing parts).

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was a good standard. Spa was great after a day's skiing. Great location

would have been good to have had more detail on meal ingredients.

Our double bed was great however the bunk bed for the kids wasn't good as it squeaked and rattle with every turn and the kids had to take the mattresses off and sleep on the floor as the bed made too much noise to sleep.
