When one books and pays for 3 adults you'd expect beds large enough for adults. The cabin is tiny, more like a caravan without wheels, one double bed in main room, 2 tiny bunks not big enough for adults right next to bathroom/ toilet. When booking mentioned we had an extra vehicle with trailer and told we could park it in the visitors area - but the visitor parking area is outside the grounds and not secure, and staff not helpful re this issue. Would not stay at one of these parks again, just a multitude of cabins and no atmosphere. The toilet blocks outside unable to be accessed except with pass code etc, so not very friendly at all.

Not much to do for kids under big 4 banner. (Would love cars, bouncy pillow waterpark etc like other big 4s etc) Smells in cabin $6 washing machines $ dryers Tree chopping was noisy that day ( was prewarnes though) didnt expecr that long though

we loved the location. we were looking for a quiet and peaceful couple of days away and that was exactly what we got. The staff were friendly and approachable and any thing we needed was dealt with quickly. cant wait to get back for another few days away.

The caravan park was in a great location within walking distance of the local shops and the pub (that serves a great parma). It is right on the Murray River and has great views of the water. I had a self-contained unit and it had everything I needed including great hot water supply for a shower. The staff were really friendly and accommodating for our late check-in

I really don't know what they could do to improve their facilities. If I was to go to Mannum I would stay there again.
