Well appointed kitchen for those who like to cook. Bathrooms updated. Fun and games for the kids. Beach is 7-minute walk. Beds were great - we slept well. Beach wagon was available and used daily.

We absolutely loved this cottage. From the short walk to the beach to the walkable, very friendly neighborhood. Our dog was welcomed everywhere we went, which was a huge plus. Thank you for providing such a fabulous place for our family to make wonderful memories. I would highly recommend it!

Great location just outside of the Kiawah property. Very short walk to the beach from the house. The house was super with just the right amenities for our stay. Comfy beds and lots of space for all of us. Maggie is a great host. We had a minor issue with the cable TV when we got there that only the host could solve. Maggie was responsive and got it rectified!

We loved staying at Maggie's cottage. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal in her kitchen and were very comfortable hosting dinner for our family. We loved being so close to the beach, which is magical. Having our dogs with us was a huge bonus. Our dogs just loved being able to run around on the beach with utter freedom. We rented bikes for the week and biked around everywhere, including the beach. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay, Inlet Cove is our favorite area in Kiawah and the quick walk to the beach was great for our family. Plenty of space, stocked kitchen, tons of books, puzzle and games. We are sure to go back again!

We are a family of 5 adults, with one originally from Charleston, who decided to try Kiawah after seeing the listing for 79 Belmeade on VRBO. What a fabulous experience. The owner communicated well and the directions were concise and accurate. Entry to the neighborhood and house could not have been easier! The home was comfortable and in a walkable, friendly neighborhood. Access to the beach was easy, convenient and safe. Amenities within the house were a treat (screened porch, workout equipment, cable, large showers, fully equipped kitchen, etc). We will absolutely rent from this owner again. Thank you for being a fabulous place to make family memories.

The house was well kept with everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. The Inlet Cove location was convenient for beach and pool.

Check in was easy. The dogs even enjoyed their stay.

Another great stay at Kiawah. The cottage was overall clean, kitchen and bathrooms updated. The inlet cove area is our favorite place to stay with great pool, community dock and short walk to beach.

This is a great unit. It is super pet friendly. The owner has mastered the art of providing an updated, well supplied kitchen with nice appliances and decor. The check in process was super efficient. Inlet cove is quiet and a less golfy experience than much of the west beach area. Definitely would like to visit again.

Very nice home, perfect size for our family of 5 (parents, teens, dog) to be together or spread out. The home is very comfortable and personal, which is appreciated at a time when so many rentals are not really lived in. Seems like there were many happy experiences here. As expected in a place that welcomes dogs, it’s not sterile or super clean. There are a lot of scattered rugs that have seen better days, and the furniture is a bit faded and dated. The kitchen and bathrooms are spotless and new, and well stocked. The location is so great. I like the older parts of Kiawah, where the homes are unobtrusive and the landscaping more natural. Inlet cove is quiet and serene. It’s just half a mile from Beachwalker Park, which is the best part of the beach as it is so open and less crowded than other areas. It’s also a short bike ride to Mingo Point for kayaking and the Oyster Roast. Maggie was great to work with, even when I forgot her instructions and had to call fairly late.

This was our first Thanksgiving trip away from home. We had a great time walking the beach every day and playing several local golf courses. The neighborhood is incredibly dog friendly. Seemingly every house had at least one dog! Being able to allow dogs off leash after Nov 1 on the beach was great! The three-bedroom house was perfect for our family giving everyone enough space to stretch out. The very well equipped kitchen was a plus and that’s something we don’t see very often when we travel. Nice upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms!

The house was perfect for our family with access to the pool and dock. Maggie was very helpful with the information she provided for bike rentals, restaurants and island activities. I would definitely give a positive recommendation for anyone wanting to stay at Inlet Cove #79 !!!

We enjoyed our stay in Kiawah for the 34th year. The house had everything you could need for kids, dogs, and adults. The games and books were enjoyed by our grandkids. All went smooth. thanks.

We all had a great time! Saw a sea turtle and helped conservationists mark location of the eggs! Dolphins were great! Beach and pool were perfect! Kayak to the point and did a first by going to Morris Island lighthouse. Thank you for sharing your home. Ritz Family

Overall we were happy with our stay. The cleanliness could have been better (mainly because of dog hair) but other than that everything was great! There is a vacuum which was handy and helped us keep tidy during our stay!

My family of four and our pup had an amazing week at this sweet villa. We rode bikes, swam in the ocean, kayaked and played some great tennis too. Maggie's villa was perfect. Well appointed, kitchen comfy beds and all the conveniences of home. Hope to return soon!

Sweet Home beautifully remodeled and very animal friendly. We had a wonderful week. Easy walk or bike ride to beach. In Covid, great kitchen for hanging and cooking. Had some issues with receiving mail for check in, but owner called me and resolved quickly. Delightful conversation too! Highly recommended!!

The property is in great shape and close to the beach, mingo point and the grocery store. We would stay here agin.
