I really enjoyed staying at this property, it was close to amenities yet a quiet retreat away from the noise and nightlife in the more central district. The property supplied plenty of towels, bedding and heating to keep me toasty warm on a very wet cold weekend. Thanks for hosting me I'd certainly recommend

Apartment is situated in easy walking to beaches, ferries, buses, shops bars and restaurants. We loved our stay. We had everything we needed in the apartment for our stay. Dean was easy to deal with and had excellent communication. If we return to Manly we would definitely stay there again.

Conveniently located close to Manly Wharf and walking distance to all Manly attractions. Dean was great to communicate with making check in easy and even supplying a litre of milk for our late arrival. Well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay and off street parking a real bonus. Would definitely return.

Home away home. Had a friendly well lit atmosphere. Loved the ambience and greenery surrounding the outlook. Would definitely stay again.

Well priced for handy location and host very responsive however the towels smelled very musty, cooking oil offered for use in kitchenette was years out of date, toaster was rusty and overall the apartment looked tired with peeling paint in bathroom. Dirty marks around front door handle area needed a good clean

I’m a senior lady on my own. This accommodation gave me security and yet was peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful walks be it to the shops the Manly ferry or spectacular coastal walks. An added bonus of a free bus to most areas close by.
Dean the host was at hand for any questions and knowledge of the area.

The apartment was within walking distance to the beach and close to the Art gallery and harbour side . It is a simple but adequate apartment for a stay at the beach.The price was good and it was quiet and comfortable. The host was very helpful and accomodating .We enjoyed our stay in Manly.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay in Manly. The check in and communication with our host was seamless. The location was brilliant. It was just a short walk to the Manly Wharf & a bit of a hill to climb on the way home which helped us work off a few calories from the delicious meals at Hugo’s, Anita’s gelato & some other great eateries we found in Manly. A bonus for us was free parking.

Great location but that is all. Poor value for money, all immensities and fixtures are so dated. Microwave oven has significant areas of paint peeling off inside it. While the windows look lovely the blinds do not block out light at the top arches and we woke at 5am sunrise. Musty smelly bathroom. Stained old towels that are like cardboard. Would not recommend this property.

Amazing little property - we weren't there much due to a family event, however it was the perfect little place for my husband and I.
10min walk to the shops, ocean, markets, everything you need! Heaps of dining options etc

Although this property is a handy walking location to Manly and has a carpark available, we booked and paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1. The place was freezing cold like a dungeon with a very damp feel to it. The towels were like cardboard and the shower had no pressure behind it at all. The communication was the only positive really which is unfortunate. For only a few dollars more we couldve stayed at a hotel. Next time!

We had a lovely trip to Manly, the studio was everything we needed, super cosy and very close to the beach and high street, loads of good coffee options for the morning as well! Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we come back to Manly! Thanks Dean!

Great location! Good for swimming and walking plus options for other water sports. Just a short walk into Manly and a fair ascent back up the hill. Dean is a great host. Enjoyed my time “a thousand miles from care!”

Comfortable property for a couple. Short walk to town but a serious hill on the way back so factor that in. Driveway quite steep if your car has low clearance. Very clean apartment and comfortable bed.

Great location go to snorkel and hiking. Place was quiet, clean and a little retro. Had a lovely time and will go back.

The property was ideal for my needs. The host, Dean, was very helpful and any small issues were dealt with promptly. Parking was included - so important in the Manly district! Location was great for people who liked to walk, and if not there was a free bus stopping just metres from the gate. Quiet, comfortable and having everything needed for a relaxing break.
Would definitely book again.

Down the end of the driveway with a garden outlook but an easy walk to the ferry, beaches, and shops in Manly. You can swim in the harbour at the end of the road if the beach is too windy. Perfect size for 2 people.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a beautiful building! I was tickled pink driving up to this Gem! Hidden away but so close to the action, it was great being able to walk to Manly!
I have to take a second to mention the apartment windows! So fabulous. The room divider was a great touch.
The apartment is clean, most importantly smells clean and fresh, without the use of plugins or scents, no mold and thoughtfully stocked. The off street parking is so handy. We will return for sure!❤

The whole experience from booking online to check out was seamless. Dean was a really pleasant host who made me feel at ease + welcome with great communication throughout.
The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Even better than expected. Close to the beach + shops, all the amenities to ensure comfort.
The apartment was very clean and it felt a lot more spacious thanks to the high ceilings + the lovely art deco style windows throughout - with a green/serene garden outlook.
I only wish I could have stayed longer! I will definitely be back and as someone who has spent some time in Bondi - I am now a Manly convert! So much to see and some magnificent walks!
