Every thing was extremely exceptional…the staff…the property….the atmosphere…and I don’t forget to say thank you very much YUSIF (the butler) he was very helpful

Location is amazing, very quiet in La Palmeraie. The local staff is very helpful and friendly. Emerald staff before the stay was also amazing !

The swimming pool, the villa, the property was nice. The weather .

The location was not easy to find, but fair enough. We didnt got the proper view when we arrived and the registration paper was signed last day before leaving. There was not good communication with the staff and the agency who rent out the villa. It was to much involvment from the manager when we invited some guests, passport info was given and they were thrown out because of the suddenly time limit we got from the manager? After that it caused problems for our guests who wanted to stay longer. And at the same time beeing threathed by the manager on the phone. It was constant calling. And they decieded also to charge us for 1000 euro for breaking a glass. The glass was broken from a person wich is almost blind,.and need assistent most of the time. Otherways the stairs were broken on the terraces from the room,the one ( was fixed) the same time we had the guests. I ask them politeli to take that a another day. Our friend did fell twice and got hurt. The staff was acting ok before the charge they give us on 1000 euro. After that they behaved much better and we did tip them.
