It was clean, spacious with plenty of outside areas and a bonus if a plunge pool

The property itself was stunning - the only negatives being you would need a car if not prepared for the walk into town - the nearest walkable supermarket was Dia up from the Marina and took about 25 mins at least - not ideal to carry shopping in the heat. The other problem we had was that it did not seem to be on the satnav for taxis - they cpuldn’t find it - Laura, the property manager had to come and direct our taxi driver to the property which was much appreciated

1) it supposed to be booking without deposit, but I was asked to pay a deposit straight after booking. 2) in description wasn’t mentioned a word about paying extra for electricity. I was informed 1 or 2 days before arriving (basically when it’s difficult to step back and start searching for different accommodation) that we would need to pay extra 30-40€ for 1 week for electricity. point 1 and point 2 all should be written in property description..

Excellent location, modern and clean. We really loved having our own little pool. We will come again!

The villa was in a good place and very modern.

Could have had quilts instead of covers for the winter and would of been good to know up front about extra pricing for heating, internet and for early leaving.

Accommodation was in a good location for what we needed. Supermarkets were only a short drive away. The swimming pool was a great plus point. The owner was very helpful answering questions that we had about the property.

Note: The air-conditioning is only in the lounge and the main bedroom. This isn't clear from the accommodation details. In our case with a young child this mattered, but it was manageable.
