Perfect property for the group of friends.
Facilities are excellent, enough rooms and Bathrooms. Outdoor tennis court is well maintained.
Extra payment for Spa access but all worth it.
Enjoyed our stay.

We celebrated a family of a 70 yr old and a 7 yr old,such a perfect hidden quiet setting.Plenty of room for the 14 of us
The Tennis court,trampoline were a real asset to have the use of.The house was a perfect size,great having 3bathrooms and toilets.So convenient to to the local playgrounds,beach and shopps.Loved it all.

The house has plenty of room for 2 families and is well equipped. It’s a lovely place but easy to keep clean and tidy and the tennis court was a great hit with our teens. It’s an easy walk to the shops but we found it easier to drive to the beach with all the beach toys. Thanks for allowing us and our canine family members to stay. We’ll be back!

This property has everything! Tennis court, basketball ring and trampoline for sunny days. Indoor spa and board games for rainy days.
Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and crockery, even pantry staples.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lodge. 3 families with 8 children and we had plenty of space. The set up was perfect for us and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the games room, spa and tennis court. We had wonderful weather and played lots of tennis and enjoyed being outdoors with the local king parrots. The Lodge is in a fabulous location, tucked away and nice and quiet, but just a short walk to the river and playground, local shops and beach. The host is super responsive and helpful. We had an awesome time and have re-booked for next year already!

Great house, large enough to accommodate three families. Huge kitchen with loads of appliances.
Lots of room to spread out, the kids loved the tennis court.
We also had the spa/games room and the spa got a workout each day!

We love this property and have stayed here with family a number of times now.
It’s the first time we’ve stayed there with a 1year old though, so I guess parents need to be mindful that it’s not overly baby-safe.
There were sewing needles in one of the drawers that the 2yo & 4yo were able to access. Things like that.
We plan to return probably 2 years, so we don’t have to keep such a keen eye on the younger kids. Robyn and her husband are lovely to communicate with.

This is a perfect house for grandparents, parents and small children. It really suited the 2 and 4 year olds one week and 3 and 5 year olds the other week and their parents and us. Plenty of space so everyone can manage their time and fun. Wet day - no problem - have a spa or ride a bike on the tennis court. The 4 snd 5 year olds totally mastered their bike riding in the week they were here and finally enjoyed the flat bike paths and bridges over and around the river just nearby and the best playground.
The spa was a huge success with everyone. Tennis and the trampoline provided hours of entertainment for all.
The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and has an excellent floor plan - even for three groups.
A big thank you to Robyn and Tony. We had a wonderful beach holiday and have booked for 2024.

We've just returned from another fabulous week at The Lodge. Everyone had a wonderful time. The tennis court is just fabulous for our grandkids (ages 2-9). Four of them have now learned to ride during our week at the beach (riding round and round the tennis court, with parents and grandparents trailing behind); and the new trampoline was a huge hit and very safe. The huge spa continues to be a favourite. We're already looking forward to next year!

Had a nice stay of 3 days. The weather was horrible but didn’t matter too much as the place has many options for entertainment for kids and adults!
Nice landscaped areas and feeding the rosellas and king parrots was very nice. Although the cockatoos made it challenging and wanted their share badly!
Only complaint is that the spices in the pantry are very old and expired.
Overall happy with the stay!

Great getaway
We had three couples and six children stay here for three nights. It was wonderful! The kids loved feeding the parrots, the tennis court was a great area for them to run about and they loved finding the fruit tree behind and having a snack.
The adults loved the open fire and also thoroughly enjoyed running around the tennis court!
My only feedback with the so is that it seemed to leave that end of the house smelling a bit damp. We did have windows open and the dehumidifier on which did help.

Great place for a getaway!!
Second time we’ve stayed at this property and hasn’t disappointed on both occasions. Would highly recommend for a couple of families looking for a getaway. Enough space for everyone.

Another wonderful holiday
The Lodge is a very special place. This year's highlight was having three grandchildren learn to ride bikes using the huge tennis court area. The Lodge is so well equipped--it works so well for grandparents, parents and grandchildren.

The whole family enjoyed this house, especially the tennis court. When we had a problem with the dishwasher, Robyn responded immediately and had it fixed. We would happily come back.

3 years in a row at The Lodge
We have just enjoyed our 3rd year of Christmas holidays at The Lodge. Plenty of room for 3 families, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fabulous tennis court for those colder days. Great location with a short walk across the river to the shops. Already booked for next year!

The only constructive feedback we have which is strange but Channel 7 on the tele was not working at all and so our footy mad family were not able to watch the AFL match on Saturday night! We would suggest using a deodoriser to eliminate the lived-in house aroma which is noticeable upon entering the property. Apart from that we genuinely adored the property which is perfectly located. :-)

This property was loved by everyone that came down, from the children to the Grandparents!! It was a lovely place for an extended family getaway with the house being exactly how is was described and better. There is plenty of room for all with a large kitchen and lounge area that has everything you can think of or need. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The spa room and tennis court were well used and added to the weekend. It is extremely well maintained and Robyn made it very easy with all my questions! We will definitely be back for a longer trip.
