Gorgeous place, centrally located with such helpful owner. Everything you need for a stay in Dubrovnik right in the heart of the Old Town. So clean and well looked after.

The property was beautiful, clean and modern.

The location of the property was within the walls of the city center. AC in the bedroom and the kitchen with two full bathrooms. Everything was updated and clean and the beds were comfortable! We arrived extremely early before check in and the host was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage until checkin.

Apartment was great, actually looked better than the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable beds, good air-conditioning, good hot water and water pressure and good internet, loved the 2 full bathrooms. Location was excellent, easy access from gate and close to all restaurants and main part of Old Town, host Erna was excellent and made sure nothing was needed. She arranged pick up and drop off at airport which was very helpful, we will definitely stay there again, beautiful roomy Apartment.

If I could give this place a million stars I would! Erna is just a wonderful host, she was always at the end of a message both before we arrived and whilst we’re there, nothing is too much trouble! She organised us a driver both from the airport and back again (lovely Frano, what a complete legend!) and the apartment was flawless and spotless! So many lovely little touches like having real house plants, toiletries and even beach towels as well as everything else just made it that extra special and more relaxing. My poor husband didn’t have his luggage for a couple of days so the washing machine, washing stuff Erna had provided as well as the iron and ironing board and washing line on the rooftops (so fun to use haha!) were a god send!
The bed and sofa bed were super comfy and even the dining chairs made you feel relaxed! The view is to die for and in the perfect location. Although be mindful of the 97 steps up and down into the heart of Old Town and all the steps surrounding the apartment, not a problem for us and just made it more of the experience of old town but not at all suitable for anyone with even the remotest mobility issue.
Gorgeous apartment, wonderful host, glorious location…we’ve been all over Europe and parts of the world and this was the first time to Dubrovnik and we think it’s the best place we’ve ever been…felt very much like a second honeymoon, thank you Erna :) we hope to be back again one day!

The apartment is modern, bright and clean. It is within.a few minutes walk of evening in the old town as well as the beach. The house feels like a home away from home.

The BEST accom we’ve had yet. Excellent location, very few stairs, and quiet in the evenings despite being right in the amazing old town. Also, the host was exceptional!! Very comfortable beds and great for a family of 4. One night we cooked in the apartment and we had everything we needed. Loved the washing line too!

Modern, clean and smart design. Great location only a couple of minutes from the action but still quiet. Had everything we needed.
The apartment owner was lovely with regular checkup to see if we needed anything and arranged transportation.

It was bright, well-appointed and spotless. Quiet, yet near the main street, it has a good outlook over the old town. The hostess Erna was communicative and there to greet us with maps, tips and a bottle of her homecrafted limoncello. Good air con both living and bedroom.

like many others have commented there are a lot of steps from Main Street to the apartment but this is true of most properties in Dubrovnik. Challenging but well worth it

It was great for us, we were a group of three people. Erna the host was really helpful and warm. The apartment is well equipped, very clean, and centrally located.
It’s not about the property per-we, but you just need to be prepared for the fact that there are many, many steps in the Old Town including to get to and out of the apartment! if you need carrying your luggage, the host can help you arrange a paid service - it was totally worth it for us! the apartment has some steps too.

Great stay!!
Location in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. Comfortable beds, spacious living area, 2 bathrooms. host was helpful and always available. Full kitchen, free wifi. Equipped with air conditioning and heater. Highly recommend, I will stay here again. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
Remember if you stay in old town Dubrovnik there are no elevators. There's plenty of stairs and cobble stone streets so bring walking shoes. Keep your luggage at a modest size because you will be carrying it.

This property was in a prime location and located next to all of the main highlights, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I enjoyed how the apartment had all the amenities you needed if you wished to cook your own meals as well as do your laundry. The apartment also had two bathrooms that came in handy. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and encourage you to look no further. You will not go wrong with this location. Our host Erna checked on us every single day and even printed some forms for us that we needed to come back to the United States. She was without a doubt the most gracious and attentive host I have ever had.

The apartment was superb. It was very comfortable and was in a very good location, central to everything in the Old Town.
Erna, the owner went out of her way to help your every need. She asked if we needed anything more than the once and she even left us a couple of homemade consumable gifts. Needless to say, they were lovely. We recommend this property very highly and although very central, noise was not an issue. We loved it !

The apartment was very clean, cozy, excellently located, and the host, Erna, was awesome. Erna met us where our transfer dropped us off, walked us to the apartment showed us where everything was in the map, made sure we were comfortable in the apartment and was available for any advice or help we needed. The best experience my family has had in our European travels. On top of all that, it was a great value!

I cannot think of a better location to stay in the old city. Just as others have written it is extremely close to 2 of the mail gates for entry/exit to the old city and uber pick up. It is in a quiet quaint side street but yet less than 50 meters from a street with wonderful restaurants and then one more block to the main stradun street. Erna was very helpful, promp and responsive with communication leading up to the stay and checked on us multiple times during. She gave us lots of suggestions and advice that was valuable as we were planning our day. The apartment was clean, modern and very open and airy thanks to the big windows and skylights. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful apartment. Thank you erna for everything. We had a magical week in your city and couldn't have asked for anything more.
The only thing I can think of is that the pictures make it look like the balcony and table belong to the apartment. This was one of the main reasons why we booked the place as we love to sit out in the morning and have coffee. The table actually belongs to her other apartment next door and wasn't available to us except for the first 2 days while that apartment was empty. I would say that particular picture is a bit misleading but we made up for it by sitting on the steps and watching the morning routine of the locals.

Luminous, comfortable and super clean duplex cocoon.
Extremely well localed in the old city right next to Buža gate, only a couple of steps away from Stradun, Prijeko street and old port... we loved it !
Erna is a great host :-) ! Ask her for the best tips regarding visits, restaurants, beaches, concerts, sport events ... and enjoy !

This is a lovely little place to stay right in the middle of the old town. The owner was very helpful telling us lots of useful information. Very clean and tidy. Remember the old town is full of steps be ready!!

The location was brilliant right in the centre of the old town. The apartment was spotless modern and bright. The owner went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.
Stairs up to the bedroom and kitchen require a banister. Steps up from the town to the apartment are challenging (no handrail)
