Location, Check-in, Sea view, Facilities and comfort level. The building might appear a bit old from the outside but the apartment exceeds the expectations. Definitely will look for it again in my next visits. Bonus: a breath taking sea view at sun rise from your bed.

The interior of the apartment is beautiful. and it was very clean inside. The host gave clear instructions for finding the keys and using the lift, and was available by phone to help. After we cancelled the second night he was very helpful.

We are elderly and we didn't feel safe there - younger people might feel differently. The entrance to get to the small lift is through an unlit covered car park, with rubbish bags left there, so we were anxious returning at night in the dark. We didn't use the balcony (4th floor), because the outside of the building looked in very poor repair. As you come out of or enter the flat the neighbour's dog barks loudly.
