Molt bona ubicació, preciosa platja just davant. Zona molt tranquil.la. Fàcil aparcament. Prop de restaurants. Apartament confortable, amb tot el necessari. Terrassa amb bon sol pel matí. Repetiria segur.

Le village de El Cotillo est superbe ni
Le lit est beaucoup trop étroit Il manque d’ustensiles pour la cuisine Pas de sous plat pas d’éponge pour faire la vaisselle pas de bouchon ni dans l’évier de la cuisine ni dans la baignoire Comme dans les autres gîtes aucune indication pour informer qu’il ne faut pas boire l’eau des robinets Ici accueil nul pas de bouteille d’eau ni de vin ni de gateries pour souhaiter la bienvenue vu l’absence des propriétaires Aucun programme tv internationaux uniquement de l’espagnol

The apartment was in a lovely location on the beach. It was in a complex that was mainly residential, this meant it felt like home, rather than a holiday apartment. The beautiful beach was right on the doorstep and shops and restaurants were just a few minutes walk away.
We really appreciated the late check out which meant we could spend the whole final day on the beach before our late night flight.
We stayed for 10 days and in that time we didn't have any housekeeping, cleaning or change of towels etc. There was a washing machine so we could wash our towels etc. I think if you're staying 4 nights it wouldn't be an issue, but 10 nights is a long time to not have any cleaning etc

I am famliar with the area ..been there many times before , so its perfect for a relaxing break , by the Sea..
Nothing , was all good for me ..barking dogs next door sometimes ..but it wasnt too bad ..l travel always with earplugs

Comfortable apartment almost on the beach (about a 20 metre walk) no roads to cross. great views from pleasant terrace including sunset. Just on the edge of town so quiet but near enough to bars and restaurants etc.

Great location and residence. Good size. I would stay here again but...
We were able to check in an hour late. It surely can happen in August but I found the lack of communication from the property manager. If I were running late for whatever reason I would put a piece of fruit or a bottle of wine to make up for my delay...Something nice goes a long way. The other thing is I would have the place cleaned thoroughly

Have stayed at this Residencia a few times but this apartment has it all plus a comfy bed and nice bedding, great view. Owner incredibly helpful.
Was missing a corkscrew but I bought one and left in drawer, front door needs adjusting a bit to open smoothly as makes a loud scraping noise.

Lovely location literally overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Nice clean and comfortable apartment with all facilities needed. Cannot wait to come back and visit this lovely little town before it becomes overdeveloped. If you are looking for a lively resort then this isn't for you but if you want a nice quiet relaxing time then this location is perfect.
If there is a criticism it would be that the shower could be better buy think that it may just need clearing.

Perfect location. Very clean throughout. Well equipped, washing machine a useful addition, especially when travelling hand luggage only. Fridge/freezer a good size, we were able to prepare our own meals when we preferred. Electric fan was welcome, as the apartment doesn't catch much of the breeze.
Patio furniture a bit lightweight. Apartment fittings showing some wear and tear. We had to buy a replacement HDMI cable for the TV and most essentially a corkscrew! Good water pressure but shower fixing too loose to hold shower head when in use.

Very good location. Nice view. Full equipment in the kitchen. Free car parking. Clean apartment. The owner gave us a perfect legend on how to find the place. Quiet place close to the city center.
In the high season, it is really difficult to survive without an air conditioner. Would be nice to have the possibility at least to lend something. No internet and no Wifi. The connection from the mobile hardly operates with pc. The tap in the kitchen needs renovation. It is necessary to make some small corrections.
