Our host Gianpaolo met us in person upon our arrival. Plus he also left us a welcoming gift basket of goodies. We found him very responsive and helpful offering us suggestions on what to see, do & where to eat. There is parking available right out side of the apartment. We found the outside garden to be a lovely area to relax. It is a very easy to walk to city center. The apartment is close to the train and we thought this might be a noisy problem. If you are concerned to rent this property for this reason don't be because it was not an issue at all.

Keep in mind people really live here so they might start their morning earlier that a vacationer.

Cozy and well located with everything you need for a short stay. The little garden is my favorite. You can have a drink after a long day with a nice view to the city. Gianpaolo was a very friendly host, greeted us personally and shared loads of information about the town. I will love to stay here again one day!

Gianpaolo was super friendly and helpful, the accomodation was perfect for my family and I. The location was nice and quiet/safe and felt really "local", it was also within easy walking distance of the town center (10-15min) and easy to park my car.

I was with my baby (<1 year old) and during summer it is hot (>30c). The apartment got pretty hot and with no AC it wasnt the best sleep my baby has had, 2 fans in the apartment definitely helped but the room stayed at circa 28c (fine as adults, but baby needed to adapt quickly!). Apartment could also benefit from including WiFi but roaming in Europe is easy so not a big deal.
